"As advertised but even better! We stayed here for a Cooperstown tournament. 3 adults. Our son also spent a night and loved it. If you are staying for baseball do make sure you check if your tournament is actually in Cooperstown cause ours was in Oneota. This made the drive longer (about 50 minutes instead of 30) Didn't matter to us because the place itself was so unique and cool. It was clean and cozy. The caboose was awesome. "I loved it! It's not the Hilton, but it was absolutely PERFECT for me, my brother, and cousin. The neighborhood is super nice -- clean, quiet, SAFE. Very convenient to my relatives in Utica and Rome. There are a few things I would suggest to make it even better, but nothing major I would definitely book it again. Thank you for a great stay!!"

"FANTASTIC!! Our family stayed at the Mill during our youngest son’s week at All Star Village. The ballpark is only 19 minutes away from ASV and the same to Cooperstown/Dreams Park. There were five of us that stayed, but we could have easily fit 10… the house is large. We swam in the stream and even went to a nearby lake and caught bass. We met the owner and learned about the property. The house and its history was a great addition to the trip! Highly recommended!!! "

"The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! There is plenty of room in the home to gather as a group, or just hang out for some quiet time. The owners were great and checked in with us a couple times during the week.
