"A great property in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Downs hillside. I enjoyed watching all of the birds playing outside the livingroom window in the mornings and evenings. We stayed for a week from June 3-10, 2024.The property is as listed. Although, after we washed some of our clothes we didn't have a clothing dryer to dry them. "We stayed here for my hen do. All I can say is that it was amazing! Everyone loved it, it was so clean, the beds were SO comfy! We had towels left for us. The layout was lovely, none of us could fault it. If I was coming back to Brighton with a large group again, I would definitely see if this was available. I’ve already recommended to friends. Thank you so much for a lovely stay If I had to suggest one tiny thing, I would be a new shower head in the big bathroom, but it didn’t change my opinion...

"Exactly like pictures and description, was able to fit 8 for a Hen Do, perfect location for beach and town etc. Hosts were really good during the welcome making sure we knew where everything was/ where to go if we needed anything.Only downside is parking but not unexpected due to how central it is. I'd stay here again if I ever planned another group trip to Brighton, an easy choice tbh"
