"It is a great house. It’s been updated so it’s very confortable and everything works well, but the charm’s still intact!!! The spaces are all good and it has a great flow. The backyard is beautiful and the views are stunning!!! The host had left on the kitchen counter basics all locally produced and all kinds of Vermont goodies, cheeses and wine! She was very attentive to provide us with recommendations for local activities. We had a wonderful stay and would come back!"

"Our biggest issue is that the listing says 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen, 1 with twin bunks, and 1 with a queen and 2 twins. But it’s actually a full with 2 twins—a bouncy, mushy full. The twins in that room are paper thin mattresses on boards and they felt a bit like 2x4’s, so I’d only recommend them for kids, even though they were roomy twins. This presented a major issue in our vacation. We surprised my older parents by inviting them for part of it and were happy to give them the queen. This...

"We had a wonderful stay- the house was very clean and comfortable, seeing the river and being amongst the trees was so relaxing. The house is decorated well, serene and neat. The property owner was very responsive and communicative, we had no issues. East check in and out."

"Cozy and everything you could need. Really nice kitchen set up and excellent appliances. After a week on the road, the washer & dryer were a welcome refresh of clothing. It's a few minutes west of Woodstock down a country road, so secluded. Takes dogs - wish we had one!"

"Stayed with my trainer for show at GMHA. Place is lovely and clean, rooms are large, great Wi-Fi so I could do work in evenings. I don’t sleep well away from my own bed normally but the beds are really comfortable and linens and towels soft. I slept great- to my surprise. Also lots of nice places to eat nearby and close to showgrounds. Manager incredibly fast at communicating. Hope it’s available next year- we will be back!"
