"We came in late and left early, we were on tour and booked it as a place to clean up and sleep then get back on the road. The photos aren't inaccurate, but it's kind of rough. The photos should speak for themselves; for example the sign talks about homelessness, hanging on the porch, doing drugs, etc, all saying that you will be ejected immediately for violating the rules and if you are offended, "deal with it." "Pros: easy walking distance to both Lambertville and New Hope. Home was comfortable and large enough to accommodate us. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and necessary eating needs, except coffee cups. Home, including bathroom was clean, beds were comfy. Cons: while nothing was catastrophic, a few things could be fixed. The code to enter was wrong and took a couple calls and an email to gain access. WiFi information was not sent when requested and required additional follow up. ...

"Very comfortable, well appointed, and clean apartment right in the middle of town. We strolled to dinner, and popped over to the bakery right next door for breakfast. Added bonus - Trader Joe’s right there as well if we needed any groceries. Joe Spector, the property’s host, was very responsive, and all of the house rules were clearly articulated and sensible. Plenty of off street parking, with spaces big enough for my F150. "
