Glorious Views of Bridgeport Meadows and Mountains

This delightful little bungalow is a converted and fully restored bath house in our trailer park overlooking the expansive meadows and high Sierra views of Bridgeport Valley. This is a one room studio, including an oversized bedroom with sitting area and attached private bath. Large, south-facing windows fill the room with light and beautiful views. The room has one queen bed and sleeps 2 comfortably. A queen-size air mattress is available for kids upon request. There is also a limited kitchenette in the room, with microwave, coffee maker, toaster and mini-fridge.

We are located right in the town of Bridgeport, one block off of Main Street, in easy walking distance of all local shops and restaurants.

Once known as "Big Meadows" for its fertile and open grazing land, Bridgeport California today is the hub of a year round vacation paradise. It's historical, recreational, beautiful and affordable. Enjoy a great meal at the fine community restaurants. The local merchants provide a wide variety of services and really appreciate your patronage. Wi-Fi is available from the Mono County Library and many merchants offering lodging or dining.

Surrounded by vast National Forest lands, this section of Mono County is an unspoiled recreational playground with pristine lakes, rivers, streams and hot springs. Naturally, there's great fishing, hunting, hiking, cross country skiing, snowmobile trails and horseback adventures.

My husband and I loved staying here! The views from the room are just stunning with the lush, green meadow and the majestic mountains. We loved the hospitality of Mollie and Steve, too! It was clean and cozy, and the location is great because it’s a short walk from restaurants and stores. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely views from this sweet little place
My friend I and I really enjoyed staying here. The views from the large windows are spectacular. Nice to have a little kitchen. Bed was comfy and ample linens supplied. Owner was very responsive and kind in her communications. I would recommend it to others. Thank you!

This property is in an ideal location for access to hiking trails in the Sierras. The property owners are great to work with, and the cabin is the best that we've stayed in at Bridgeport, CA.

A little piece of heaven
The property was very clean. The view was spectacular. The cabin had all the basics that we needed. Mollie was a joy to work with and was very helpful to this novice. Will hopefully be able to return in the future.

Very convenient to adventuring!
The cottage was such a nice jumping off point to lots of beautiful locations for world class fishing, hiking and lots of adventure. The beautiful views out the window of the pasture with baby ducks and loads of beautiful birds was so relaxing. The distant mountains made me feel like I was in Switzerland! Quite close by for high alpine hikes with loads of beautiful wildflowers. We would love to return!

Birthday Getaway
We booked this property for my wife’s birthday. We were planning on visiting Yosemite, but could not do to recent snow. Instead of letting that ruin our trip, we found other things to do in the area. There is plenty of hiking that is very accessible and even in the winter months will be open. Bodie ghost town is very close, which is a fun way to spend an hour or so. Bridgeport is a very small frontier town with a cozy feel. Local general store and restaurants offer everything you need for your stay. Our place was cozy and with walking distance to Rhinos bar and grill(which is one of the few places open until 9). Great small town feel with beautiful views and amazing scenery.

Exquisite fishing retreat
We loved this cute cozy place. Walked everywhere downtown from here. BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY!!! Mollie was a fantastic host and very accommodating. We will be staying here again next time. The views are awesome.

Beautiful view
The property was true to its advertisement. The room was cozy and we enjoyed looking at the view. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and it was nice to have a hot water pot, microwave, and refrigerator. We would stay there again if we were in the area.
