"We had a wonderful stay. We loved sitting outside overlooking the river and all the trees made it cool and comfortable even with 90 degree weather! For our group it was especially good to have all the bedrooms on the main level. We will definitely come back! The 10 am checkout was a little early for us but we managed to make it work. "

"Such a nice cabin to stay in. We really enjoyed our stay here. As other reviews mention, the upper level and bedroom have a very low ceiling, which isn’t the most comfortable for getting in and out, but this didn’t detract from our stay at all. It is just something to keep in mind when booking. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it."

The thermostat did have a lock on the temperature and time, so it did get down to 66 degrees at night, until the lock time passed and we could control the temp, getting to warm up a bit to 70-72 degrees. "This home is nestled into a beautiful wooded area along the Washsougal River. It was so peaceful and relaxing that we could have stayed another week or two. The log cabin is spacious and quaint. It provided everything we needed from a stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of towels and chairs for hanging riverside. I enjoyed running along the winding roads that provided gorgeous views. We would love to come back and stay here again. We didn't want to leave!"
