"We stayed in Cabin #2 for 2 nights. It was self check-in and got the check-in instructions over text, which made it fuss free for us. The view from the cabin was breathtaking and tranquil. I loved waking up to the lake and mountains every morning. We brought our own food to cook ourselves in the fully stocked kitchen. We couldn't get the BBQ to start and it didn't look clean, so we just decided to go with the stovetop in the kitchen. The only feedback is that it wasn't as private as we had...

"The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. "

"We stayed here with our large family and really enjoyed it! Will definitely come back. Beds were comfortable and units were big enough for our family to be comfortable. It was very clean, outside of some crumbs in the kitchen drawers. The kitchen could we stocked a little better, but it wasn’t terrible. Great views and a bonus to have the roof top to hangout! We will be back. "

Our interactions with the staff were excellent, and 5he breakfast met our expectations for this type of hotel. "A rede Hampton é muito boa. Bom atendimento, quarto amplo, cama Boa, travesseiros bons, chuveiro bom e bom café da manhã. Na verdade tudo muito bom. Neste caso, o prédio é novo então tudo está ótimo. Porém, na nossa estadia teve algo inusitado. Nos hospedamos na primeira semana de maio e havia um forte cheiro de esterco na região. Provavelmente das lavouras da região mas o mau cheiro alcançava o Hotel facilmente. Enfim, o Hotel é ótimo mas demos azar com o mau cheiro da região."

"When we arrived we stayed on one suite that was so dirty, used. It wasn’t pleasant. But I am grateful that it’s easy to connect to your CSR. He moved us to Suite 303 where everything is clean, nice and very organized. Only one thing they forgot to clean, just the microwave but all in all we enjoyed our stay in Suite 303. Thank you for accomodating us! "
