"Joanie was so welcoming and her property was incredible with an exceptional location. I spent a birthday here with friends and couldn’t have imagined a better property or a more attentive and generous host! 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to spend time on the gorgeous Jersey shore. We would absolutely rent again!"

"This is a prime spot facing the beach with beautiful sunrises, cool ocean breezes and gentle surf sounds. The pathway to the ocean was steps away. The home is bright and airy with beach art everywhere! Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated sheets and towels provided. The host was very patient and helpful whenever needed. "

"Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink...

"The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund."

"Gorgeous, bright, stylish decor, comfortable furniture and beds, even the pillows! Beautiful bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Owners didn't skimp on anything! Everything you would want and need. Felt like home. And we felt valued by the attention to detail. Steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again in a heart beat! Absolutely perfect!"

"Good location, ample parking, good communication with property manager. Some issues with home- upstairs bathtub didn't drain, no outlet cover on main bedroom outlet, downstairs significantly cooler than upstairs."

"Very good experience with this rental. It was my very first time renting a property and this one did not disappoint. Exceptionally kept, clean, and location was the best feature. 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and right by the water park. Could bot have picked a better place. "

"The house was great, very open allowing us to comfortably spread out after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio is great plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. Location was a short walk to the beach not difficult at all to cross 35 to get there!!"
