Here, you are a four-minute walk from the private neighborhood Pineland Park Beach. At low tide, take the kids for a walk out on the famous Brewster Flats. They'll make all sorts of interesting discoveries in the warm tidal pools and on the many sandbars. You can walk straight out from the beach for a mile or more. Later, when the tide comes back in, there's enough water to swim just a few yards from shore!

You can also walk-up Seaway Road to Main Street in Brewster (aka Route 6A) and find everything from fried clams to pizza and sushi. There's also a bakery, bookstore convenience store, coffee roaster and more, all walkable in less than 10 minutes, four minutes by bike. The popular Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is just across Main Street. Ride your bikes there in five minutes.

Outdoor Living Space
Enjoy the best of summer outdoor living on the large, comfortable deck. Rinse off the sand and salt from the beach in the handy enclosed outdoor shower. Fire up the gas grill and serve dinner outside at the umbrella shaded dining table and chairs.

Interior Living Space
Inside, the cottage is both sparkling and sparse – little to no owner clutter, so the space is all yours. Speaking of space, you'll enjoy plenty of it on the beautiful granite kitchen counters, including a large peninsula with high boy seats for two at the counter. The thoughtful owners have fully equipped the updated kitchen, so you'll be ready to operate the minute you arrive. Included with the stainless-steel appliances is a gas range, which most guests prefer for its complete cooking control. The kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining room and the living room beyond.

This home has three bedrooms. There's a queen-sized bedroom on the main level. Upstairs you'll find another queen bedroom with its own TV, and the third bedroom, which has three twins. There are three full baths in the house, two on the main level, one upstairs.
