The Space:
This fully renovated, impeccably maintained two bedroom home is just one house back from the beachfront on beautiful Cape Cod Bay! Ellis Landing Beach, located about 100 feet down the road, is a beautiful, sandy bayside beach with calm waters - perfect for swimming and for families and children to enjoy. During low tide, you can walk out quite far and explore the many tide pools left behind. When you stay at Souvenir, there is no doubt that most of your days will be spent enjoying this beautiful Cape Cod beach. When you return from the beach, quickly rinse off in the open outdoor shower, then enter the home to find cathedral ceilings and skylights mixed with lovely Cape Cod style charm and decor. The spacious and open living and kitchen areas provide a light and airy feel to the home, and there is a wonderful screened porch where you can soak in the beautiful water views, feel the lovely ocean breeze and smell the sweet salty air. Fire up the grill and enjoy lunch on the patio out back before heading back to the beach.

The home sleeps five guests total in two bedrooms - the master with a queen bed and the other with three twin beds (bunk beds + twin single) - along with one full bathroom. Central A/C throughout the house will keep you and your guests cool and comfortable during those hot summer days and nights. Other amenities include WiFi, cable TV, a gas grill, and sheets and bath towels provided at no extra cost with beds made upon arrival. You don’t want to miss out on this one of a kind vacation opportunity!

We had a great stay in Brewster to explore the Cape and travel down memory lane. The house was in a great location to go up or down the Cape and was a perfect home base. Also a great spot for evening sunsets on the beach.

Cute little gem on a spectacular beach!
4 adults stayed here for a few nights. Location and home is better in person! House was spotless with everything youd need. Comfy beds, loved the front porch and back deck. Private and just adorable. The beach is literally 20 steps away with easy access/no stairs. Loved it! Thank you for sharing your souvenir!

Loved Our Stay!
Souvenir was the perfect week-long rental steps from beach at Ellis Landing. The house was extremely clean upon arrival, excellent communication, easy check-in, and perfect for our family. I grew up going to the beach at Ellis Landing, it is so unique to be on the bayside and enjoy both low and high tides, especially with little kids. We caught amazing sunsets, enjoyed the screened in front porch in the evening, and a fully equipped kitchen to make breakfast and lunch. Would highly recommend!

Wicked Awesome Getaway!
We looooved staying here - we were here in the off season, but it was magical to be able to look out the windows and see the ocean! We went for many a lovely beach walk and really enjoyed the home. It was super clean and tidy, and the bed was comfy. We appreciated the roll of paper towels, dish soap/detergent and new sponge :) Overall a great experience, and we hope to be back!

Wonderful vacation home for ourselves and two young daughters
This property is amazing!! When you walk in it's bright and cheerful with a beach feel!! It's proximity to the beach is only 100 yards. So convenient with two small children. The front porch and back patio are a great place to sit. Central air conditioning makes the hot outdoors a welcome cool down from a long beach day. Overall, this place is ideal for a vacation!!

Location was perfect!
The house was clean and had everything we needed! The location was absolutely perfect! And the beach was beautiful. My kids had a blast in the tide pools, and finding crabs and what not. Thank you so much!

Clean and convenient
Everything was well cared for and clean. There was a problem with the dishwasher but we weren’t worried about it because we could hand wash the dishes. But it was fixed in less than three hours without any imposition on us. Great to be so close to the beach. Plenty of space for a family of four.

Great value, excellent location
The home was everything as promised. Clean, neat, and fresh. The owners take very good care of this property. The communication was excellent with updating, texts, emails, and even a check in phone call to make sure everything was ok. Fully furnished and even games for the kids. Bedding very comfortable and only steps from a beautiful beach.

Would go again. Very clean, location is perfect. The only thing that bugged me was the dishwasher, bad layout, you can open the door partially if, and only if, you open the oven door! That being said, I would book again.

Amazing November days
The weather was amazing for November. Steps to the beach and a view of the ocean from the front porch. We had a problem with the pass code. Delmar Realty’s response was immediate. The house is clean and comfortable. We were very satisfied with the house.

It's a nice house with a good layout, nice, functional kitchen, and convenient parking. Very easy to walk out at low tide and explore the flats. Good fishing if you catch the tides right.

Amazing place and location. The owners went above and beyond to not only provide a nice location but also provide games and books that kept our kids entertained even off the beach! Helpful notes - there were beach chairs and some sand toys in the shed. Thanks!

Ideal location
Location was ideal. I was able to enjoy my coffee on the screened in front porch enjoying the ocean views! Walking distance to near by restaurants, markets, cafes and bike path. Cottage was spotless upon arrival. It was the perfect get away for my family!
