It's a 5-minute walk from the fabled Mount Washington Hotel and offers stunning direct and unobstructed views of Mount Washington. While many homes can claim a view of the tallest peak in the Northeast, this is one of the few that has absolutely nothing in front of you but the mountain itself! Breathtaking is the only way to describe it. And on the many nights when the Mount Washington Hotel hosts a fireworks display, you'll enjoy front-row seats without leaving your deck!
With 3 levels of luxury, the home welcomes you with the convenience of an attached, heated garage with a Level 2 J1772 EV charger for your electric car, a spacious mudroom for your gear, and an open concept main-level living area that looks straight out of a magazine. With AC and a heated floor on the lower level, you will be comfortable year-round. The Chef Kitchen is equipped with all the essential tools for preparing your home meals, and has a large island with seating for 6, with an additional dining table that seats 8. The living room overlooks the stunning mountain views, and a wet bar area includes a wine cooler and ice maker, perfect for whipping up that cocktail after a day on the slope or the golf course. The living area opens up to a separate TV room with a large sectional - perfect for a family movie night!
Head upstairs to find 3 exquisitely appointed King bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. Wake up to a direct view of Mount Washington in the primary bedroom suite, which also includes a desk space with dual monitors, a balcony, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a separate jetted tub and shower. Please note - the fireplace in this bedroom is currently for decorative purposes only.
Downstairs, you can enjoy additional living space with a large-screen TV and a separate game room with a pool table. Bring your shoes and hop on the Peloton for a quick workout before you head out to explore the area, or enjoy a game of Monopoly on the gorgeous wooden board. A wet bar area with a wine cooler is also available on this level. This lower level includes 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed with a private ensuite bathroom, and one with 2 bunk beds - a Twin over Full, and a Full over Full, for a total of 9 sleeping spaces on this level. There is also an additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo. From the lower level, you can walk out to the beautifully manicured lawn, or enjoy the Adirondack chairs and the swing chairs on the porch while you soak in the breathtaking views of the Presidential range.

- Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities (soap, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels) are included with your cleaning fee.
- A trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay; please leave all trash in the home and our staff will take care of it! If you need additional pickups during your stay, they are available between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm for $10 per pickup.
- Pool & gym pass program subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort.
*Please Note: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), Parking Limitations (2 vehicles in driveway, 1 in garage, others at overflow parking located at the base of the ski area), no Trash left outside must be followed. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with us and we share these rules up-front so that you can make an informed decision. -Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4 PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Pets and No Unauthorized Guests: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on the property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter finds its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open spaces which could attract rodents and/or insects.
- Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed in the specific property, incur a $25/per person nightly surcharge. As long as the correct number of guests is provided at booking, this is included in the total rate shown at booking! Children under the age of 2 do not count toward occupancy.
