"The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. "Our family and friends have been planning our stay for the eclipse viewing for over a year. We stayed at the wonderful Cabin on the Creek about 45 minutes from Waco, where we planned to view. It was a perfect relaxation spot that was just a short drive away from our eclipse viewing spot. Very private, very clean, everything provided for family meals. We highly recommend it."

"Room was clean and accommodated a wheelchair easily. While comfortable, there was a lot of noise coming from the rooms on either side of us - we could hear talking, walking and the tv. Made it difficult to sleep. The hotel was under renovations - hopefully a sound barrier will be implemented to makebit quieter. Nice hotel. We would stay here again."
