Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn, Liftside 403: Ski In / Ski Out Condo

LOCATION – Peak 9 Inn at the Village at Breckenridge is one of the best locations in town. It is ideally situated next to the slopes and is only 50 yards from the QuickSilver SuperChair. Ski school for the kids is located just outside the door. You will also love being only one block from Main Street to take advantage of all of the shopping, dining and night life that Breckenridge has to offer.

UNIT AMENITIES – This cozy condo is perfect for couples or a small family and features a full kitchen with granite tile counter tops and rustic pine cabinetry. Gorgeous views of Baldy Mountain are right through the picture window in the living room. Catch a quick nap during the day or unwind on the couch to watch a movie on the flat screen TV after a busy day on the mountain. Every stay over 5 nights, guests will receive one complimentary mid-stay clean.

RESORT AMENITIES – PLEASE NOTE: Being a guest at the Village at Breckenridge gives you full access to all of the resort amenities including shuttle, ski school, ski rentals, movie room, and fully remodeled fitness center including indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and health club. (Pool may be closed seasonally in the Spring & Fall for maintenance - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates)

PARKING – Please note that parking is NOT included in the cost of the reservation. Access to the onsite Village parking garage is limited and not guaranteed. If parking is required, ask your reservationist for availability and cost. We highly recommend taking an Airport Shuttle to Breck as this fantastic location is both ski-in/ski-out and an easy stroll to Main Street.

Great
We had a great experience. The room is exactly as photographed. It is essentially in a hotel. The lift is literally right out back. The communication was instant, which is good. My only issue was the parking. We rented a vehicle because the listing states that parking is available. It does not say parking is not guaranteed. So we parked at a near by lot for $20/night (the ice rink lot). you are able to leave the car there for up to 14 days. However, I wish they stated in the actual listing that parking was available BUT NOT a guarantee. OTHERWISE, this space was fabulous, and you can't beat the price for the location.

I was told that my parking was only good for two nights. That it wouldn’t matter if I stayed longer. Turns out the electronic key for the parking garage expired, and would not work when I tried to leave. I had to wait 45 minutes for another car. I ended up leaving at 1145 pm as another came to the exit, and I got out behind them. The front desk at the village had an attitude with me and would not help the whole time. They kept telling me that if I had booked through them, then they could help me. I texted the 800 number that sent me check-in instructions for help exiting the parking lot, and didn’t help a response. Also called them and it told me the office was closed.

Best location in town!!
This property is super clean and you can’t beat the location. Communication with the company was outstanding and this is my second year staying with them. Highly recommend and I will be back again next year!

Ski trip
Had a great time. Property was just as expected. Very close to slopes and we rented skis directly downstairs. From the description, I wasn’t sure that we would get a guaranteed parking garage space, but we found a spot immediately. We didn’t have any trouble with parking. Only negative, and it’s a minor thing, is the Bluetooth phone app used for opening doors and garage worked well excepted our room where it was a little bit iffy.

As good as it gets
Nice condo, great location, good value, good checkin process. Easy walk to lifts and main st. Common facilities lobby pool gym hot tub were really nice. Underground garage parking. Only suggestion is to say which building on the checkin materials as well as detailed directions to the correct region of the garage. It’s a bit tricky to navigate.

The location of the property is excellent. It’s close to town and the chairlift. The condo itself was clean and away from the elevators so you weren’t disturbed in the middle of the night. I would 100% rent again.

Nice amenities!
Overall, we had a good experience! We had some trouble getting into the condo but pinnacle properties were quick to help fix our keys. They were quick to respond which was a plus. Pool and multiple hot tubs were great! My only complaint was I wish we had some more cooking utensils but we made do with what we had. Would go back!

Very dated and not the cleanest…
Property location is great…condo is pretty dated outside of the kitchen. Bathroom had mildew on ceiling and tiles, bedding (comforter) looked dirty and the temperature never worked properly the 2 days we were there. After texting with the property manager no one came out to help fix so we slept with windows open and heat off for two nights. Not fun since my son wasn’t feeling well. Would have appreciated some accommodation on the heater for sure. Felt like a little too much money for just a location.

Great stay
Great location, listing was accurate and very clean. My only complaint is that I was told there would be on site parking (which there was) however when we arrived the front desk told us that the parking on site is reserved for Vail Resort guests (not Vrbo guests) and it was full. We had to park about a mile away for the first half of our trip until a space opened up on site. I was also told that we would be able to store our ski gear on site which was not true, as we are Vrbo renters and did not book directly with Vail Resorts. This was disappointing as these are two of the main reasons I booked this location. My only other complaint is that the check in office is all the way in Frisco and this is where you have to pick up the room keys and parking pass.

Had a great stay - Do NOT stay here if driving a car
We enjoyed the cozy condo - great location between lifts and Main Street . It was clean and the property manager was very responsive. It is tight, but comfy and worked for my wife and two little ones. However, I would advise against staying here if driving a car. The parking situation is a true mess as you have no idea if you will potentially have a spot night to night (assume not) - which leaves parking options in Breck very expensive and very inconvenient. It seems that properties managed by the facility get priority - as there were tons of spots open, but I could not reserve. I parked 1/2 mile away - cost me over $150 for 5 days, and I had to hike in 0 degree temps at 4:30 in the morning to get car and bring it back to load and go to their airport. In my history of ski condos - this was a first. At about $600/night, I expect alot more convenience. Again, other than parking, a great condo and location - but this is a deal breaker if driving.

Great main Street location
Easy check in process to pick up keys. Had to drive through Frisco so it wasn't out of the way and the location was away from construction so it was easy to get in and out. Enjoy the location so close to main street. Rental was as expected as we have stayed before. Room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Pull out couch was a little uncomfortable for 15 year old. Bed was comfortable. Loved being close to main street. On site parking was a little challenging as it filled up quickly by the afternoon. We missed the pool and hot tubs but excited to see the renovations. We would stay again.

Perfect location
This was the perfect place. A little crapped for 4 full adults, but that was to be expected. Amenities were as mention, place was clean, great response to questions. The only thing I didn't like was the parking garage is a pain and I had to drive past the location to get the key in Frisco.

Even though we had a problem with water, overall we had a great time at this condo. The issue was resolved fairly quickly and had no other issues. Great location and very clean and comfortable condo! We would go back!

Broken dreams
This place was actually ok. The shower didn’t work the entire time I was there though. Nor did the tv, and one window didn’t close. The internet went out out twice, but that’s what data in for. The location is the best in Breck. The price is right and it is very clean and put together. Once maintenance hits this place it’ll be a 5 star gem.

Exactly what we needed. Would rent again.
Perfect location, clean, and functional. Only negative was the detour we had to ask our shuttle to make to pick up/drop off the door keys at Pinnacle office in Frisco. Not a deal breaker, but definitely something everyone should be aware of.

Great place to stay.
Great location here for ski in ski out. Walk to town for dinner. Nice and clean condo at the bottom of peak 9. close to anything you need. Definitely would stay here again. VRBO has always been great to work with and Pinnacle was great as well.
