Chilly Pepper, our newly renovated condo in Breckenridge is perfectly positioned for outdoor fun. Located in the most visited alpine ski resort of the Western Hemisphere (Breckenridge Ski Resort), the Grandview at Breckenridge condos are the ideal home base for those ready to hit the slopes. You can easily ski-in and ski-out using 4 O’Clock Run, just 100 yards away, with ski-out access down to Snowflake Lift or back into town and the Gondola via the Skiway. If you’re vacationing with the kids, consider paying a visit to Breckenridge Fun Park at the base of Peak 8. It’s an exciting adventure park full of rides, activities, restaurants, and bars (for Mom and Dad). The best part is that it’s only a 10-minute walk away!

Enter into an airy open gathering space that incorporates kitchen, living, and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you’ll need for after-ski feasts. The dining area is right on the other side of the granite counter and has room for everyone to dine in style at a glass table. Kick of your boots and unwind in the living room after a day on the slopes. It has two comfortable armchairs, a sofa (turns into a sleeper), a 48-inch TV with built-in Roku, and a timer-operated gas fireplace. The living room leads out to the balcony where you can take in Peak 8 mountain views.

Bedrooms are tucked down the hall for privacy. Through the first door is a queen-size primary bedroom with high-quality linens and 40” TV. An elegantly designed en-suite bathroom features a sink with a granite countertop and a natural stone tile standing shower. As you walk further along the hallway, you’ll find a laundry closet with a Kenmore washer and dryer for your convenience. Across from the laundry closet is the guest bathroom, which features a sink with a granite countertop and a natural stone tile shower and bathtub. Adjacent to the bathroom is the guest bedroom, located at the end of the hall. The room includes two comfortable twin-size beds and a 32-inch TV with built-in Roku. Both bathrooms have heated ceiling vents so guests can exit the shower to very warm air at their option.

Need more space? Visit Chilly Pepper Too which can be rented. The unit next door can be rented simultaneously. These two condos are the only units on this level of the building, so you’ll have the whole floor to yourselves!

No ski in/ ski out. Door didn’t work. Fireplace don’t work, no parking pass, got ticket, No Wifi
It wasn't my best stay. 1) couldn't get in because the from door battery is dead. 2) couldn't get on WiFi because I didn't have the right passcode. 3) fireplace ignighter doesn't work, to get enough heat into the unit ended up manually lightning it. 4) parking pass was not in the unit, ended up with two tickets.

Property not as advertised, management not responsive
Condo advertised as .6 mile from mainstreet, actually 1.5 miles, unless you are a bird. Condo advertised as non smoking, smelled like smoke. TV in main living room would not even turn on. Management company did nothing to correct issues and tried condescending was of getting you to drop the issues raised. I will make sure that i never rent another property that is managed by VACASA. Look at BBB....this company is horrific.

Great Location.
This property was in a great location! We were able to get in and out of town with out any issues. Although there were a couple of things that we had to report at check-in their management resolved it in a timely manner.

Perfect for the price
The beds were not the best. Other than that, no complaints! While everything is shut down, the hill behind the condo is great for sledding and playing in the snow.

Nice unit. A little difficult to get in and out.
The condo was very nice. It has been updated and we liked everything about it. The complex is a bit run down. It was quite an effort coming and going with a bunch of stairs and a hilly walk up to the building. We liked it but would probably not stay there again.

Convenient place for a quick ski trip
A cozy condo with easy access to the 4 o’clock run and the Snowflake lift. Lots of kitchen supplies made cooking easy. Perhaps I missed it, but there didn’t seem to be anywhere suited to storing skis. Some sort of ski rack or Rubbermaid tray in the entryway would have helped keep melting snow from getting everywhere.
