We supply all the linens, towels, toilet paper, body and hand soaps, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, laundry, dishwashing detergents, and cleaning supplies.

Local transportation:
A complimentary in-town shuttle (private by reservation) operates from November 1 to April 30 from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Not available in summer. Airport shuttles, Lyft, and Uber, can be purchased separately.

The home is surrounded by a mature aspen tree grove with leaves that shimmer, making the yard aglow all summer and colorful foliage for September.

We designed this home to maximize privacy, sun, and mountain views. We captured the feeling of having your own space where neighbors can't see you. Perfect for family moments.

This home borders 2.3 million acres of the White River National Forest. The local county open space and trails commission has built a vast array of hiking and mountain biking trails that we connect to directly. Three thousand miles of jeep, ATV, Dirt-biking, and UTV trails from the back door! Great for romantic sunset back-country drives

The entire property is perfectly suitable for fully able people and adaptive family members. All bathrooms are 100% ADA with appropriate grab bars and curb-less (roll-in) showers (all rain forest heads- like a waterfall). All interior doors are sliders with no swings.

Spectacular property and view!
We had a group of 15 adults. This property was absolutely perfect! The views are incredible, and the house had everything you could ask for. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and large cooktop stove with 6 burners, two dishwashers, double oven, separate coffee area. Plenty of space for cooking large group meals without getting in each other’s way. Beautiful deck, yard, living room, theater room,great for watching football or movies. Very quiet area and close to town too. Highly recommend! The property manager Sally was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Lots of wonderful memories made!

The property exceeded our expectations! Everything was exceptional, beds, furniture, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom facilities, family areas, (we had lots of family). Room sizes, amenities. Outdoor area was just as fantastic! Perfect for our grandkids. We attended the annual duck race, we hiked to rainbow lake in Frisco. Will definitely be back!

Stunning view of Breckenridge
This home had something for everyone in our group! From the backyard play set/trampoline to the game room to the movie theater, our family of 13 loved staying at Aspen View!! And the stunning view has to be one of the best in Breckenridge! The home was well stocked and even had an elevator for me which was nice given my disability and the three levels. The home owner and property manager were very responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

Vacaciones semana santa !
La casa está muy linda y funcional , tiene una vista preciosas a la montaña y cerca del pueblo si tienes coche, sino estaría difícil de llegar. Pero eso na casa grande espaciosa y muy cómoda solo para mi le falta decoración y muebles que te ayuden con el tema de guarda ropa envés de poner racks podrían poner muebles más funcionales pero fuera ese detalle todo estuvo fenomenal !

It was amazing. The house was perfectly suited for our family of 15! All three of our generations loved it. The views from the home were absolutely stunning…truly… We would all sit in the common area and have to pinch ourselves thinking about the heavenly views we were surrounded by. 5 Star Stay in Breck
This was the perfect house for our family gathering of 12 to enjoy the New Year! The views are spectacular and the floor plan of the house worked great for our big group. We loved having the theatre room for football bowl games and the shuttle that got us to and from the slopes every day. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible property! I highly recommend!
Breath taking views combined with ample amount of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. If you are looking for a large home to accommodate your needs, this is it! Every bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom plus two additional "powder rooms" one of which is also a full bathroom. There was only one tiny downside and that was that only two of the bathrooms had soap. We had to use shampoo as soap so you may want to bring you own. Even with that - it was well worth it! I would love to go back!

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay!
Thank you for providing such an amazing stay for our family of 16 for the Thanksgiving holiday! Our group ranged in age from 14 to 93 and everyone had a great time! The elevator was so helpful for our granddad who can no longer walk up and down stairs. When Ryan stopped by to walk us through use of the elevator he was so kind and he noted he would be available if we needed anything. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The bedrooms all had plenty of room with great views, and it was so nice that every room had a private bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware for our large group, and all of the cookware needed to prepare a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. The dining table easily sat our entire group. The amenities were second to none. The hot tub was great and a wonderful way to relax. The game room provided hours of entertainment. The movie room was fantastic and it was perfect for watching football and movies. Our family has rented several properties for Thanksgiving over the years and this was definitely our favorite place. We would love to stay again!

AMAZING!!
Amazing property! Sally and Ryan were amazing hosts and were readily available for any questions and had extremely prompt replies. The views were impeccable and the pictures on VRBO do not do this property justice, amazing. Kitchen table was great for family dinners - we had a chef (the happy cuisiniere) come in and kitchen was great for private chef dinner.

Work Retreat
We had a group of 14 adults for a work retreat. This property was perfect with each couple having their own room and bathroom. The view was amazing. We saw elk right outside the back door in the evening. There was plenty of space to spread out and work and the town was so close for shopping and activities for the spouses while we worked. We would definitely go back again!

Business Retreat
We booked this house for a business retreat for 7 adults. We had more than enough space as the house is very well laid with each room pretty much a suite. All the bed rooms had their own bath room with large beds, TV and great views of the valley. The house was full of amenities that were simple to access and great instructions if needed. Great location being 5 minutes from the main drag or 10 minutes to the the gondola for skiing. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone

Beautiful Views and Well Suited for Large Groups
16 adults on a ski trip stayed here. There was no problems whatsoever with fitting everyone into this home. It also have very nice amenities and views that we all enjoyed.

Exceptional Guest Experience
We booked this property last minute after the first property we had booked months in advance fell through. From the moment we booked to the moment we checked out, Sally and the management team made sure we had every detail we needed prior to check-in. The experience of working with Breckenridge Vacation Homes was second to none. For me, the experience is everything and this team nailed it. The home has breathtaking views and the main floor is a beautiful wide open space with beautiful furniture and tons of natural sunlight. The kitchen is a chef's dream — they've thought of everything. We did hire a private chef to cook for our family of 14 and they had everything they needed. The bedrooms were better than expected in person. The photos online were my original turnoff because I wanted my guests to feel like their rooms were very comfortable and luxurious and the photos looked like mid-level hotel rooms. However, in person, I was pleasantly surprised and everyone was so comfortable. The ensuite bathrooms for 8 bedrooms is so key to allowing everyone to have their own space. Such a key amenity. The movie theater is a fun addition. At first I couldn't imagine we'd actually use it, but a late afternoon glass of wine and Harry Potter was exactly what we all needed. These owners have thought of it all - wine fridge and dishwasher in the movie theater, a washer/dryer room on both bedroom floors, double kitchen dishwashers and trash receptacles, a refrigerator in the garage for extra storage, turf back yard, new hot tub, games, baby gates, high chairs ... if you forgot it, chances are this house remembered. We're so happy that our original reservation got screwed up. This home was everything we needed.

Perfect House in Breck!
We had a large family vacation with ages 25 to 85 (+ a dog) and it fit our needs perfectly. We LOVED the set up of each bedroom with a connecting bath, it made everyone feel like they had their own personal suite. With no bedrooms on the main floor, it allows those to wake up early or stay up late and not impact the other guests. The views, deck, and outdoor space were breathtaking! We loved the accordion doors in the living room which we opened every day! Double ovens, extra fridge in the garage, commercial ice maker, two dishwashers, two coffee makers, and a grill was a major plus and so convenient to have with our big group. Our trip to breck was amazing but truly think the house was the best part, we would come back in a heartbeat :)
