Walk a few minutes to the BreakConnect Gondola or take the free ski bus (with a stop near your building). Step out your front door to find yourself a short walk away from the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

This top-floor corner unit ensures a peaceful stay. Brand-new updates include hickory floors and a gourmet kitchen. An on-site ski locker and a garage parking space provide extra convenience.

LIVING AREA

Three armchairs and a sofa offer plenty of seating around the gas fireplace in the living area. Stream new movies on the smart TV.

The loft area is outfitted with a flat-screen TV, comfy seating options, and a pair of bunk beds.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare tasty vacation meals in the kitchen, newly appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

When you’re ready to eat, perch at the kitchen counter for three or gather around the table for four in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This two-story condo sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms and two XL twin-over-twin bunk beds in the loft area.

The primary suite boasts a king bed and a TV. Step out onto the private balcony to admire the majestic mountain views. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

The second suite features a king bed, a TV, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The third and fourth bedrooms each hold a queen bed.

Access to the two upstairs bedrooms is via the loft area.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The primary balcony is furnished with comfy armchairs and offers sprawling alpine vistas. Sip morning coffee at the bistro table for two on the second balcony.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a private ski locker, and shared coin-operated laundry facilities are provided.

Reserved parking is available for one car in the complex’s garage. Limited additional parking (for a maximum of one more car) may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the parking area along the side of the building.

This rental does not have air-conditioning.

This unit is located on the third floor. An elevator is available.

LOCATION

Walk 12 minutes from your front door to the BreckConnect Gondola or 5 minutes to the bus stop for a free ride to the lifts.

Unique shops and tasty restaurants await on Main Street, a 5-minute walk. In warmer months, travel 1 mile to the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve or the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center.

Other local attractions include the Stephen C. West Ice Arena (1 mile) and the Breckenridge Golf Club (4 miles).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Well done!
Beautiful condo. Fit 10 adults easily. Upstairs queen beds a tad uncomfortable. Location on the free bus route but adds a bit of time away from skiing. Convenient to Main Street with a significant walk back uphill. Beautiful views, easy parking, cozy stacked stone fireplace, well-stocked and appointed kitchen. Would stay again if ski in/ski out unavailable.

Enjoyed the location. Had everything in kitchen needed. Good mattresses but the bed in the 1st main bedroom is broken and is like taking a roller coaster ride all night.

Very nice location walking distance to everything. Comfortable home with nice views. Difficult to get hold of property manager. No bathroom upstairs. Not a problem for us as we didn’t really use but place sleeps 6-8 up.

The lofted area was perfect for a kids only zone. We had 2 small families with kids under the age of 8. The lofted area was perfect for them! The location was very convenient to Main Street. We would highly recommend this rental.

The amount of sleeping space and location to town were ideal. The rental agency was very responsive and always willing to help. The building itself is a little worn but looks like they are working at making improvements.

We had a wonderful stay and reunion of a small group of friends who served together overseas. The condo was great, well appointed, and in a perfect location! Only improvement would be to get a fan for the loft. It got pretty warm.

Great Downtown Location
Large enough for 5 adults to enjoy the property without being tight on space. Downstairs is laid out well and makes for an easy hang out spot. While you don't get dead on views of the mountains, the trees and corner views of surrounding areas are still pretty remarkable. I would recommend putting a few more fans accessible to the condo. We had a cold front while we were visiting in late June and the upstairs was still too warm. Other than that, place was fully stocked.

Overall nice place. Great location.
It’s pretty hot upstairs in summer months. Accommodations were overall good. Prompt responses from management were appreciated. Cleanliness was okay. More transparency would have been appreciated, especially when the specific question was asked about pool/hot tub access. Traveled with small children and looked forward to pool time, which was under maintenance. All we were told was that we did in fact have access to the facilities. Happy overall though with stay.

Summer Getaway but no pool for summer
We loved the location of our property. The condo was great. A couple of notes. Dark by doorway during the day so not the easiest to see the lock when entering code to get in. One master bedroom has a full dresser. Other master bedroom with private bath only has two nightstands and a bench. No dressers in upstairs bedrooms or in loft area. We got by without those items but our biggest disappointment and we want other renters to know is that the pool is under construction for the summer so not open and hot tub is closed as well. This was not noted in the listing. We were disappointed as we picked this location because we have kids who like to swim. We were able to get daily passes at the Breckenridge rec center which is an excellent facility.
