Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Best Spring Break

First Fellas trip with my son and brother. Could not have picked a more perfect spot. Property was as listed and extremely convenient to Gondola and to town. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. Will be back!

About a 8 minute walk from the Gondola. 4 o Clock drops you off maybe 3 minutes from it. Short walk to Main Street. Excellent location. The house is clean and comfy with plenty of space for our group of 7.

Great Property

The condo is in close proximity to the gondola and the snowflake chair. When you’re done for the day you just ski down to the end of the four o’clock trail and it’s a short walk back to the condo. The unit was clean and well maintained. would definitely stay again!

Breck Ski Hill

This condo was amazing! It was so close to town that we could just walk from the place. The condo was clean, had plenty of space, and we all enjoyed the hot tub and pool access! The only inconvenient thing was that we were only given one car pass and we had two cars with us. Otherwise, great condo and great central location!

Excellent Location

Couldn’t ask for a better location, and the place is a really nice size. Being able to see the hot tub from the window and weather is is occupied is a major plus, and apparently according to a map in the elevator there is a 2nd on in the property but we never had to go looking for it. A few maintenance issues that could used addressed such as several places where the laminate or vinyl flooring is popping up and gorilla tape was just stuck over it to keep it down, but hopefully that will be addressed soon.

Condo Needs Sone TLC

The location of this condo is excellent. It’s a very easy and convenient walk to the gondola. Loved the restaurants nearby as well. It’s also right across the street from a bank which you will need to get quarters for the laundry. That wasn’t fun. Know before you go: If you tend to cook like me, you’ll need to bring food storage containers for leftovers or at least pick up some aluminum foil. You’ll need to try and clean the oven before use because if you cook anything in it, the smoke will burn through the condo and takes forever to dissipate. It needs a good cleaning, but was bummed to find out the hard way. Kitchen definitely needs a good set of pans as well. The master king bed is very comfortable (Heavenly Bed) but the room gets hot and there’s no ceiling fan or a way to open the window. It’s also very loud from traffic after 0600. But if you’re up early like us, not an issue. The wood floors throughout the condo are starting to pop up, so they have a lot of planks taped. It didn’t bother me, but just surprised to see it. I will say that property management was excellent. The Keurig in the condo was old and clogged, didn’t work, so she brought us up a new one that same day. They were also super nice. I sent them an email stating all this, so I would bet things will get updated to match the price. The views were lovely also.

Comfy and cozy

Great location near main st and a quick walk to the free bus. The heated floors made the stay cozy and the big windows in the kitchen really accented the beautiful view! The bed in the loft was like sleeping on a marshmallow. Another plus was the spices in the cupboard. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
