Not the easiest check-in
The information provided via Vrbo email or app booking didn’t include condo number. My family and I attempted to reach owner for about 30 minutes before we were able to connect, who then provided the necessary information needed to start our stay. He was really helpful and apologized for the issues of checking in. He did provide us with the access code for the underground garage that we were able to use while renting the condo. If using more than one vehicle, be sure to print off a parking pass before staying as there are signs everywhere about the property management towing cars without one. Otherwise, the condo worked perfectly for us!

Wonderful location and responsive host.
Condo met all our needs with plenty of room for 4 adults and all our ski gear. The garage for one car was very convenient. Easy walk to lifts and town. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Property details and photos were on-point. Location and instructions were helpful and accurate. Property was clean, spacious, and stocked with all necessities. We had no issues and were very happy with everything during our ski stay and would gladly return.

Great location - good use better instructions
Great location with a very short walk to the lift and close to the village. How to find it, and parking instructions could be better. As you drive into Snowberry Lane, the unit is on your Right side and go up the stairs. The confusing part is that you have the Lift condominium on your right hand side with the same apartment (better marked) numbers. (We ended up going to the wrong apartment first with our luggage) The underground garage is located on the Columbine Rd immediately after the Snowberry Lane entrance. I spend a half hour walking around Snowberry Lane looking for it. If you have a second car – print the permit in advance before flying out. Note the unit does not have a washing machine but there is one located in the underground garage – bring quarters!

Perfect Breck stay
Scored amazing conditions all 3 days of riding. The place is as described and location could not be better. Walked to lift for first chair every morning and right to town for some shopping or a bite to eat-literally parked car and walked whole stay. Unit was very clean, comfortable and well appointed for my family of four. Will be back for sure. Thanks for a great stay!

Pay close attention to directions
Kind of confusing directions for locating the property and parking as well as check out procedures (they were in the back of the door and hard to locate). You must print a parking pass before arriving to park outside. Owner was very helpful when called however. Kind of noisy a few nights we were there. Might have just been who was staying nearby. But we wanted the windows open and at 2am they were going strong behind our condo so that wasn’t possible.

Top Notch Breck Peak 9 Condo!
Great location for peak 9, very close to the lifts, defined walking distance and ideal for beginners since peak 9 base has a lot of beginner’s slopes. Our family likes to ski blue and black slopes, It took us some time to get to know the mountain, Breck is huge and it is not easy to go from one peak to the other but when we finally learned our way around we loved it! The condo is super comfortable and had everything we needed for a family of 5. It also has a very nice park view. The only inconvenience for the condo was having the laundry in the common areas where the machines operate on coins which could be cumbersome. Overall we loved the condo and would definitely rent it again when visiting Breck!

Great Location
Just a short walk to Peak 9 lifts for our week of skiing. Close to town and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. The updates in kitchen and bathrooms were nice. Worn and dated furniture but plenty of room for our purposes. There were no instructions on turning on gas stove...not sure if it worked. The four hot tubs located at the end of the property were an added bonus!

Great stay!
We had a great time, the condo is in a spot with easy access to chair lift and we were even able to walk to down town. Our only issue was that there was only one chair and the couch (pictures show 2 chairs and couch). Having another chair would have made sitting in the living room more comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property!

Communication could not have been better. The property manager responded to all questions quickly. It was a short walk to the lift and the pool and hot tubs were excellent! The property had plenty of space for our family!

The property is at a great location. The pool and hot tubs were a great bonus! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that is needed. Would have liked the codes to access everything ahead of time. Other than that it was a great stay.
