ABOUT THE CONDO
After an exhilarating day of outdoor activities, stretch out in the living room on the sofa and love seat. Warm up in front of the wood-burning fireplace. (Firewood and kindling are provided). Chat about your day on the slopes or watch a movie on the 50” flat screen TV.
The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room and features pine cabinetry. Pick up ingredients for a hearty meal or grab a beer and relax at the bar with seating for four.
Head out to the deck to enjoy serene wooded views and fresh pine-scented air.
The comfortable master suite offers a queen-size bed, 32” flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is decorated with a queen bed and a 32” flat screen TV. The nearby bathroom also features a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs, you’ll find a loft-style bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a queen-size bed.

This unit is on the third floor of the building and is only accessible via stairs. There is no elevator.

As a guest of the Motherlode Condominiums, you’ll have access to resort amenities, including the heated Columbine Pool, four hot tubs, and a sauna as well as indoor showers and lockers.
To get into town or to the ski area, follow the path through the trees. You’re a quick walk to the Quicksilver Chairlift and all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer.
Explore the boutiques and galleries, or dine at one of the many restaurants. Check out the Breckenridge Brewery & Pub for local beers and hearty fare. For breakfast or brunch, try the Blue Moose Restaurant, and for pizza, head over to Michael’s Italian -- all are less than a 15-minute walk away.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
