Each of our Breckenridge properties is stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, hand and body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, a sponge, and dishwasher detergent. If you need more during your stay, additional items are readily available at local stores.

Our homes feature premium bed linens and towels, and the kitchens are fully stocked with coffee makers, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and handy small appliances—everything you need to feel at home.

And of course, FREE WiFi is included in every property.

PARKING:
- Parking for 2 vehicles

Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

**Important: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter as snow and ice will be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads.**

Grandview B6 is a beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath, 1000 sq. ft. ski-in/ski-out condominium located on the ground floor of the Grandview "B" building. Ideal for couples or small groups, this condo comfortably sleeps 4-6 guests. The living room features a gas-burning fireplace and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.

- The 4 O'Clock Ski Run is just 200 feet down the street, making it easy to hit the slopes.
- Experience Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest during the last week of January, followed by a visit to the nearby Ice Castle, open until late March.
- Take a romantic sleigh ride through the streets of Breckenridge, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses.
- Enjoy April’s month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.

Summer Highlights:
- You’re only 1/4 mile from the Peak 8 Base Ski Area, where you can enjoy mountain biking, an alpine slide, miniature golf, and a human maze.
- Breckenridge’s Fun Park on Peak 8 offers an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids.
- Explore the area further with horse and pony rides up the mountain, available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.

Worst Experience Ever
We arrived in Breckenridge at 12:30 AM. The property was very dark and finding the right building was challenging. Check in instructions should have included something about getting us to the right parking lot and unit. The lockbox would not work and we had to call the after hours number to request assistance. After many attempts to walk us through the process without success they sent someone to break into the lockbox to give us a key. We finally got into the unit at 2:00AM. The worst part was that the president of the property management company told me it was basically my fault that we had trouble checking in because we chose to arrive so late! The unit was not clean. We found toenails on the carpet in front of the loveseat, the beds squeaked loudly every time you moved, the pillows were hard as a rock and very poor quality, there was black dust/mold on all of the vents, the couch cushions were sunken in and uncomfortable. Ski in and out was a long walk away while the rental description called it a short walk.

In winter this unit is very cold and the electric wall heaters are unable to adequately heat the unit despite setting them at their maximum. We were never comfortable even after a week. The sidewalks and steps were not maintained and significant amounts of ice built up making walking treacherous. The decor is mid-1970s with very poor lighting and a general dreary ambiance. It's depressing to enter this unit. The pillows are of such low quality that they are unusable.

Nice place! Nice location for skiing with 4 oclock 1/2 block away.
Nice place. Slept our 5 nicely. Lots of kitchen stuff for cooking. The heater in the 2nd room didn't work and the room was cold @ night is the only complaint and easily fixable.

Great location!
The location to the slopes was great...easy access to start the ski day and end the day. Sometimes when you book a "ski-in/ski-out" rental you never know what you'll get...this was definitely "ski-in/ski-out"!

Perfect ski in ski out for the family!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Quick drive down the mountain into town, less than a few hundred feet onto the 4-o’clock run. My parents came to stay two nights of the 4 and we were not crowded at all! All kitchen appliances are up to date and work great! Keurig and regular coffee maker! We forgot to buy firewood at the market, we really wanted to utilize that fireplace! But all in all, it was so amazing for our elopement weekend!
