On the other side of the dining table, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen which features a large kitchen island that overlooks the dining and living room, making it convenient to whip up a meal while staying connected to the group. The chef in your group will enjoy cooking in this beautiful space with granite countertops, a full range of appliances, and plenty of countertop space for meal prep. Just off the kitchen, you can step out the French doors and out to the spacious deck where you will find a BBQ, patio furniture, and a hot tub. This outdoor space is the perfect area to relax after a day of hiking or out on the slopes.
Off the kitchen is a bathroom that also connects to the main floor bedroom. This full bathroom features a large single-sink vanity and a shower stall with a glass door. The bathroom connects to the home’s first bedroom where you will find a twin-size bed and a large desk with two monitors perfect for any remote work needs.
Head down to the basement level of the home, where you will find a second living room that features a TV for movie nights, as well as a foosball table and video game consoles. Off the living room, you will find a jack-and-jill bathroom that connects to both the second living room and a bedroom. The bathroom has two separate vanities, each with its own sink, as well as a bathtub/shower combo. This spacious bedroom is perfect for families sharing with little kids, as the room boasts a queen-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. This home truly is the perfect launching pad for any type of activity with hiking, biking, and walking trails nearby with several trails just a ten-minute drive away such as Gold Hill, Colorado Trail, and Baldy Trailhead.
