The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the Warriors Mark neighborhood which provides the perfect starting point for hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. Access to Peak 9 & Peak 10 is a stone's throw away. The serene forest area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in Breckenridge for experiences in dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, you will be only a short 6-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
Winter Shuttle Service available during the ski season: There’s a shuttle stop less than 50 yards from the driveway. Take the shuttle to the Marriot on Columbine Rd. From there, it’s a 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9.
The Upper Warriors Mark Neighborhood runs a free shuttle every 15 minutes. The Breckenridge historic district is also within a 6-minute drive, with plenty of parking options near the BreckConnect Gondola. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown.

Please note that, like most mountain homes, this property does not have A/C.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
