1,355 sq ft. with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa with an additional foam pad. The formal entry and formal dining room (seating for 6) make this space feel larger than many other 2 bedroom homes. There is a relaxing screened-in porch with seating for 6. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a full-size coffee maker and coffee grinder. The TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom are generously-sized! The master bedroom has a king bed and large desk, and the master bathroom has a shower and garden tub. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed. There is a separate laundry room inside the unit with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Starter laundry (detergent and dryer sheets) and dishwasher liquids are provided. Some board games/cards are also provided in the entry closet. My family and I enjoy using the condo ourselves and have tried to include all essentials anyone would like!

--Stonebridge Village charges a resort fee of $5 per vehicle per night that is paid directly to Stonebridge when checking in. This fee first takes effect on March 1, 2023.
--We utilize a Bring Your Own Login policy with our SmartTVs. Major streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) are pre-installed, but we do not provide logins as we find that guests prefer to use their own accounts. All TVs in the unit have access to YouTube, Samsung's free TV streaming service, and other free services. Search Samsung's website for available channels or contact the Owner if you have any questions.
--This is a bottom floor unit, so there are stairs down to the unit (an elevator is not available), and there could be daytime noise from upstairs guests.
--Guests will have access to three seasonal outdoor pools. The closest one is about a 5-min walk from the unit. Two large pools are a short drive from the unit.
--Guests will either check-in at the welcome center or the main gate guardhouse (details provided in welcome email). Guests will need a parking pass and guest passes to access the community and its amenities.
--Doorbell camera, security system, and NoiseAware sound level monitors are present. Guests cannot tamper with these devices. The camera is outdoor-only in a public space, and the sound level monitor is not able to record or transmit – it only monitors sound levels to make sure neighbors are not disturbed.
--There is a garage only accessible from the outside, but guests will not have access to the garage.
--Please remember that you’re staying in a condo, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
--The person making this reservation must be at least 25 years of age at the time of booking.
