FIRST THING FIRST: Should you need to contact us please text or call 417-BRANSON (417-272-6766). Below you will find useful information to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.
EXPRESS CHECK-IN: You do not have to check-in anywhere. You may go directly to your condo and use the key code provided below. The key code will be active starting at 4:00 pm, however, you may arrive any time after that.

DIRECTIONS: For directions from your location please follow the Google Maps link, https://goo.gl/maps/xid7mDcADiK2.
PARKING: Parking is complimentary so feel free to park in front of the building closest to the unit where vacant parking spaces are available.
KEYS: # is the key code that will be active during your stay. To unlock the door simply key in the code on the keypad located by the door handle of the unit. Make sure you press the # key at the end of the numerical sequence. The door will beep twice, and the light will turn green. You can now press down on the handle and open the door. The door will automatically re-lock after a 5-second delay (you will hear a quick buzzing noise and the green light on the lock will go off).
Our entry codes have been designed to resemble a 10-digit phone number, and for your convenience, we recommend that you save the code in your phone’s contacts.
INTERNET ACCESS: Wireless Network: Suddenlink.net-888A Password: G6LBSY89C602393
CLUBHOUSE ACCESS: 6543 is the code you will need to enter into the clubhouse. Once inside you can access the fitness center by entering 24 on its door. When using the amenities located within the Clubhouse please make sure the Amenity Card is on you at all times. The Amenity Card is located on a hook next to the condo's main entry door. Please return it to the unit each time you use it as its replacement cost is $100.00.
CABLE TV: We ask that you do not remove the HDMI cable from the back of the television as this will cause the TV set to no longer work properly. Doing so will result in a $50.00 charge to your account since a person will have to go out and reprogram the TV.
EXPRESS CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is at 10:00 am or earlier. Before you leave please make sure all doors and windows are closed, all the lights and fans are turned off, dishwasher is started, and that the trash is taken out.
