Enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool, pavilion, firepit and playground. Everything you need is here, and both bedrooms have king beds, new memory-foam mattresses, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms.
The Space:
Step into Local Flavor’s spacious living room (decorated for Christmas) via convenient keyless entry – and go claim your bedroom from your choice of two, each with a king bed, memory-foam mattress, ensuite bathrooms, and TV.
Discover “The Landing” Bedroom with its king bed flanked with bedside tables with lamps and drawers. Wind down to sleep watching the 45" Insignia FireTV. Store your belongings in the dresser, closet, or luggage rack. You’ll love the convenience of the ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and all bathroom essentials.
Also available is the “76 Strip” Bedroom with king bed. You’ll find bedside tables with lamps and a closet, dresser, and luggage rack for storage. Lull yourself to sleep watching the 45" Insignia FireTV. Refresh and rejuvenate in the convenient ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and all bathroom essentials.
To accommodate additional sleeping needs, the living-room sofa folds into a queen-size bed.
Once you’re settled in, head back to living room and relax on comfy leather seating in the warmth of the electric fireplace. Enjoy your favorite movies, shows, and sports on the 55" Insignia FireTV, accessing popular streaming channels using your own log-ins. Or play host-provided games.
Explore a local facility that expands the amenities available to you. You will enjoy a Brand new stunning outdoor pool, kids play area, gazebo and firepit is all included in your stay. For an additional $30 you and your family will have full access to a complete gym and indoor pool for your entire stay.
At mealtime, prep and cook in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.
Grab your morning coffee from the coffee station with Keurig coffeemaker and coffee supplies.
Dine at the high-top table for 2, expandable to 6 with 2 additional chairs and 2 stools. The table can also be used as a workspace.

There are aqua Zumba classes and aqua aerobics for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. You are welcome to join the classes at no additional fee but the pool is not available for open swim during those times.
