Custom Built Home steps from the Santa Fe River

Come enjoy this gorgeous home on the Santa Fe River just minutes away from Ginnie Springs, Ichetucknee Springs and the Suwannee River. Sit in the water soaking up the amazing fishing or just playing in the crisp water. If you enjoy diving it doesn't get any better then this. This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath and a outdoor heated shower, has a large open floor plan a gourmet kitchen, huge fireplace, teak wood floors throughout the house and an outdoor fire pit and plenty of seating and decks for family to make memories. The Garage is also heated and Air conditioned. 16 stairs will take you to a flat walk to the rivers edge. Our home is located less then 100 yards from the boat ramp and plenty of parking and a pavilion for very large gatherings. Sit back and watch the turkeys, deer and many birds as the river rolls by.

Little piece of heaven

Peaceful place on the river
We enjoy staying at this peaceful house on the Santa Fe River. The boys enjoyed fishing and it’s not far from Ichetucknee Springs tubing. We have visited on more than one occasion. I cannot say enough nice things about the host! They are quick to respond and the amenities made our vacation enjoyable. Hope to visit again in the future.

Great River Getaway
The photos do not do this place justice. As soon as you walk in the front door you can see the river from the huge windows that stretch across the back of the house. The kitchen is well equipped and nice for cooking a meal. The place is comfortable and spacious. The swing looking out over the river was an amazing place to sip coffee and watch the sunrise light up the river fog. We will definitely book this place again.

Amazing!
It felt like home! Though beautiful, we easily immersed ourselves into this lake home and felt completely comfortable and relaxed! It was clean and very functional. The pictures don’t do it justice. We are already talking about coming back!

Baptism getaway
Rented the home for two days to celebrate my daughters baptism with friends and family in the area, the house was absolutely beautiful and the location was breathtaking. Will definitely be making plans to come back in the summer.

Great location to enjoy the springs!
Great house, right on the Santa Fe River. Spacious with room for everyone to spread out. Fire pit for the evenings and great kitchen for meals. This house is not near any grocery stores so plan ahead. We did and enjoyed our stay. We visited Ginny, Ichetucknee and Fanning springs all close by the home. Thanks Cooksey family

Relaxing and family friendly
The house and property are beautiful and so peaceful. It was large enough for my kids and granddaughters to stay and very family friendly. We saw deer, otters, birds, fish, turtles, hummingbirds and even a small alligator sunning itself, on our last day. It is so close to the Springs we visited 1-2 everyday we were there. The river behind the house is so relaxing, it was high because of all the rain so we weren't really able to get in the water but fishing was great! The house had toys, games and books to keep the kids entertained but the back area was were we spent all our time.

River oasis
Looking out the back window is a real treat and the view just keeps drawing you outside. The house held the six of us well. We enjoyed our meals and game time around the ample sized dinner table. Life here is good, and the numerous springs around the area are beautiful for water activities.

Wonderful property on a beautiful river! The house was fantastic for my wife and two kids. The best part was waking up and taking a walk with the many deer out front. Very quiet and away from any traffic or city noise!

Beautiful property
House is bigger than it looks in pictures. Super clean and welcoming. River in the back yard is spectacular. Lots of shade trees so you can sit out back any time of day. Kitchen lighting could be brighter for cooking, but not horrible. And the grill needs some maintenance. Great trip. We had a blast

Perfect Stay
We stayed at the property for a girls’ weekend and a small baby shower/BBQ. The property was perfect, and we had a wonderful time swimming in the river, playing corn hike on the bank, and sitting around the fire pit. We’ll come again and bring our paddle boards for a weekend of paddling next time!

We spent a short weekend in the area for a wedding. This property was excellent for getting the rest I needed to keep up with the celebration. The kids enjoyed getting in the river. Would like to stay again sometime to enjoy the river and yard more.

Secluded, relaxing, river view
The property is much better than depicted in the pictures. Make sure you plan your supplies because the nearest store is about 20 minutes one-way. The backyard is gorgeous and relaxing. Outdoor furniture needs improvement but we enjoyed the swing. WiFi and phone services are unreliable which was a plus for our family. Our three daughters spent a lot of time with us just talking and watching movies, or playing games and making smores in the fireplace. We also visited the nearby springs.
