"We loved our stay in Little Garve. The home was beautiful, with enough room for my husband and I and our 5 kiddos. We loved having a washer/dryer on the property and there is also a clothesline if you like the smell of fresh air. The supermarket was a close 20 minute drive and we ate all of our meals at home with a well stocked kitchen. "We had a wonderful stay at MacLean Cottage. A spaciius house with lots of atmosphere. But also the location was great: a beautiful view over Loch Broom and a 20 minutes drive to Ullapooland there are natural surroumdings all over. We had a warm welcome on arrival which also attributed to our stay! We would book it again if returning to this area."

"The property was well maintained and presented with a wonderful garden area for relaxing . Our two dachshunds loved the garden area which was secure and overlooked the black river The location was perfect to access to the NC 500 routes and many other wonderful places . I recommend the short walk to little Garve village and bridge . A very restful week in great surroundings"

"Ons verblijf was super. Verblijf is prachtig gelegen aan het water. Hebben verschillende uitstapjes/wandelingen gemaakt in de nabije omgeving (Poolewe en Grailoch). In het kleine verblijf was alles aanwezig van afwasmachine tot wasmachine, kookgerei etc. Teleurstellend was de communicatie, die was er helemaal niet. We hebben een paar dagen van te voren via de site aangegeven wanneer onze aankomst zou zijn. Helaas is daar geen antwoord op gekomen. Ook gebeld maar kregen een ingesproken bericht....

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cottage was quintessential Scottish and beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to have a coffee maker for those of us who would like a pot of coffee and didn’t have a dryer. Fortunately we were able to dry clothes in the glorious sunshine while we were in the Highlands. Strathpeffer was a lovely place to visit. Drove to Ullapool for the day, great day trip. Overall, highly recommend this beautiful spot!"

"My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful three weeks at Foinaven, and had a couple of friends from home visit for a week during our stay.
