Our newly listed and completely renovated/furnished lakefront corner condo is located on the 2nd floor (one flight of stairs) of a two-story building (no building elevator) situated in Shorewalk, one of the most popular communities in Bradenton, Florida, known for its resort style amenities, which include (2 heated outdoor pools/jacuzzies, 2 lighted tennis courts, fully staffed clubhouse, billiard room, shuffle board and outdoor BBQ grills).

This 1250 sq. ft. condo has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Get a great night’s sleep on the king size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a dresser drawer, night stands, mounted flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and its own master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two cozy twin size beds, dresser drawer, night stand, mounted flat-screen TV, closet and a full bathroom with a tub shower located next to the bedroom. Do you love to cook? Perfect, the kitchen is fully furnished and has all new appliances to help you prepare that perfect meal. Do you want to be able to do your own laundry? No problem, there is a washer and dryer next to the guest bathroom. The condo also includes a separate dining area that comfortably sits up to 6 people. This a great place to enjoy your meal, play cards or just hang out with your friends and loved ones. The living room has a wraparound couch, this is the perfect place to take a nap after a long day at the beach or the pool. Want to watch your favorite show or movie, don't worry there is a mounted smart flat screen TV in the living room. Do you want to completely disconnect from everything? OK, then we have a perfect spot for you, the lanai. This a wonderful place to read your favorite book, enjoy your breakfast or sip on your favorite cup of coffee while listening to the gentle sounds of water coming from the lake fountain. Oh, and if you must catch up on your emails, don’t worry there is Free Wi-Fi in the condo, but don’t forget you are on vacation so don’t work too hard.
