Pet and Child Friendly Home with Fenced Yard

This 3 Bedroom Duplex is a great place to relax with the whole family. We are located near Lakewood Ranch on a unique street, 4 homes away from the Manatee River and Ray's Canoe Hideaway. Ray's offers canoe and kayak rentals, a picnic area, a boat launch, events, guided tours, camping, and fishing. Nearby you can find Fort Hamer Park, the Florida Railroad Museum, Lake Manatee State Park, Desoto Speedway, and Downtown Lakewood Ranch. Our home is child and pet friendly and close to everything. We recently remodeled for a nice modern, streamline look. We have very comfy beds and lifeproof floors for easy care. If you love the beaches, they are less than 30 minutes away. Disney world in 90 minutes, Bush Gardens less than an hour. Lakewood Ranch and tons of activities minutes away. Boating, boat ramps, a huge park called Fort Hamer Park, and a canoe launch are all just down the street. Bradenton Motorsports Park and Lake Manatee State park are both 15 minutes away. Home has a king bed in bedroom one, a double bed in bedroom two, and a double bed plus a a twin bed in bedroom three. We have an additional inflatable bed if needed. This home is not in an HOA, so do not expect picture perfect landscaping and matching yards. Home has a high chair and playpen for toddlers. We offer a grill and a table in the back yard for our guests.
