This vacation home is a newly remodeled, stylish 2 bedroom and 2 bath that will sleep 6 with an additional Queen sofa bed .

There is a beautiful resort like backyard with a LARGE Saltwater heated/cooled pool with a baja sun shelf with umbrella and seating. We maintain the pool temp year round at a very comfortable temp, however; we can not guarantee weather conditions in the winter time.

The completely remodeled open-concept with a fully equipped kitchen with a bar. Off of the living room, guests can enjoy outdoor dining on a spacious private deck. There is also a gas BBQ grill near the pool.

A Full size washer/dryer easily is easily accessible within your private unit.

Both the master and guest bedroom have a king size mattress. Both also have large new flat screen TVs, dressers, double nightstands, ceiling fans and plenty of closet space. Both have their own private bathrooms with a newly remodeled master walk-in shower!

Incredible 1st floor common area with a kitchenette featuring a blackstone griddle and interior seating. There is also a bathroom for easy access off of the pool deck.

This listing is one side of a duplex, although you will have the whole space to yourself, you may or may not be sharing the outdoor spaces with other parties. All units are available to rent together for larger families.

The duplex is located 2 miles from the beaches of Anna Maria, and less than a block to the bus stop. It is also conveniently near several grocery stores, IMG Academy, a movie theater, bowling alley, putt-putt and regular golf courses, fishing, water sports, local entertainment and more.

This vacation property offers everything you need for that well deserved relaxing get-away!

It was a great time and very nice place
I recently stayed at this property, and it was absolutely fantastic! The home was exactly as describedā€”clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, offering pool and easy access to nearby beaches. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. We especially loved the cozy living space and the outdoor area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals Iā€™ve experienced, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Iā€™m already looking forward to our next visit!

Great Time on our Stay
Our stay at this property was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed it. The property was very clean, and well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. There was detergents for the washer as well as the dishwasher. The pool area was fabulous and we really enjoyed it! There were floats and volleyball net/ball to use at the pool.The location was very convenient to everything for a quick drive to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, or anything else you would need. We would definitely rent this unit again, and are even talking about trying to rent the other units all at once to have our family all together for a beach trip. If you're on the fence about renting it - do it! You won't regret it.

Property is further from beaches than advertised. Also our daughter was bitten my dog not on leash at adjacent rental. Dogs by law should be on leash. Can opener and toaster would have been nice. Will not stay here again.

Very pleased with this stay. Clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the location. It was a little further from Ed Smith Stadium than we are used to but, we loved the area so much we are coming back next year!

Great Stay
We went for a soccer tournament. Very convenient to IMG. Property was clean and well cared for. Great amenities within the unit. Pool area was nice as well. Other renters in the other property rental while we were there and no issues with the extre shared spaces.

Perfect weekend getaway

Great place to stay with lots included!
Becky was a great host and ensured we had what we needed throughout our stay. A great home to stay with kids. Itā€™s close to the beach, dining, shopping, and the home had a lovely pool. Highly recommend and no need to bring beach things, Becky will let you borrow umbrellas, coolers, toys, etc. Will definitely stay aging, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very spacious well appointed rooms! Well maintained and very clean. Great location close to beaches, shopping, restaurants but yet quiet and private. Two master suites each with king size beds and private baths! A true Oasis with a beautiful pool to relax in. The owners are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. You wonā€™t want your vacation to end! This is a FIVE Star property! Highly recommend!

The wonderful oasis
The place is in pristine condition, spotless fully equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation They have thought about everything, I loved that they have beach chairs and little beach toys for the Kids to Play the sand , so, we didnā€™t need to bring ours from Georgia The location is perfect just a couple of miles from Ana Maria and longboat key beaches , itā€™s also close to a bunch of restaurants if you donā€™t feel like cooking Becky and Daryl are great hosts they keep constant communication and advise you if you need information about anything around the area very friendly people We will definitely go back again

Very nice stay
Our family enjoyed the pool and short drive to the beach. Everything to eat is close by. Downtown area of Bradenton was pleasant. Owners were very nice, clean property and everything we needed was there. Bugs ate me up at times but thatā€™s what outdoor Florida is so bring bug spray. Overall very fun trip!

Great Vacation 2022
This place was perfect. Annually we plan a trip with some out of town friends and we couldnā€™t have found a better place. Cortez Oasis was super close to the beach and town. It was very clean and hosts were amazing. The show stopper was the back yard! Very private with an amazing pool. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better place!

Amazing clean home
This property was amazing. It was extremely clean!! The pool was the biggest highlight for my daughter. The host was very tentative and replied immediately to any and all requests. I would highly recommend this property because it gets no better than this!! Great communication with host! Great attractions in the area! Safe neighborhood!! Spotless property!!

This property was hands-down one of the best Iā€™ve ever stayed at through VRBO. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need on vacation. The house was spotless. The hosts were wonderful. We had a blast spending our days at the pool and then going to one of the several restaurants nearby for dinner.

Terrific Experience!
This property is outstanding and Rebecca and Daryl are wonderful hosts. The location is fantastic for getting to the beach and is close to shopping and dining. The property really has everything you could want in a vacation home. Very clean, nicely appointed, and the hosts were really fantastic. The pool area on the property is beautiful and provides a nice, relaxing change of pace from the beach. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

5-Star pool, great location, wonderful hosts
Fantastic location, amazing pool! We were so happy with our stay. The property is in a great location, close to beaches, grocery store, Starbucks and great restaurants. Super easy to jump right on Cortez Road and go wherever you please. The interior feels brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed, both bedrooms are a nice size with huge beds. We had access right off our deck to the resort like pool area. The pool is a true oasis, you won't be disappointed! To top it all off, the hosts, Becky and Daryl, are so friendly and accommodating. They are easy to communicate with and really make you feel at home. 5 stars, would definitely recommend!
