"The location of the property was fantastic. The house had some issues. The door handle to the balcony was laying on the deck when we arrived. One of the bed frames was broken. The upstairs shower would not shut off completely. Everything was communicated to the property manager by 8 pm the night we arrived. It took several days to get these things resolved. The shower took the longest. It was Wednesday before it was fixed. The house also lacked pots to cook in and a toaster."

"Quaint small complex. Was given a tour at check in, Only 13 units, all ground level. Across the street from the beach. Pool and laundry tucked in behind the units. Perfect set up! Our King room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. They provided a lot of extras, utensils, plates, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. There were extra items made available to use…coolers, extra chairs, etc. Location is great, Perfect home base to go check out more things to do in the area. Convenient beach...

"Had a wonderful 3 night get-away with my hubby. Location was amazing. Much quieter beach spot than down at the main public beaches. Anna Maria is a really fun island to explore. Saw a baby sea turtle, some baby manatees, fireworks, beautiful sunsets and a gorgeous rainbow on our last morning. Host was great and property was well equipped for our short stay."

"We had three generations of family stay at this beautiful property. Each unit was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a week long stay ( we brought our own little coffee pot when we saw you only had a keurig) the bottom unit ac was not working but a repairman was sent right away and soon had us cooled . Loved that the house had balconies on both sides of the house so we could see sunrises AND sunsets . We will definitely be back!"

"Great area that is very close to the beach. The beach was beautiful, clean, and not crowded. It is walking friendly. Also, there is a free trolley that runs the length of the island. It came in handy for going to restaurants and Publix. The house had nicely remodeled bathrooms. We will be returning to this beautiful area!"
