When you've had your fill of sun, unwind in front of the living area TV. Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private new washer/dryer.
Enjoy easy walking distance to the beach, plus beach chairs and a cart to make your time on the sand even more comfortable. You're also a quick walk to Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach Marina, gulf-front restaurants, and water activities. From Coquina Beach to Bean Point, miles of pristine coastline are yours to explore by car, bike, or golf cart (rental). There's also a ton to explore off the island, with Sarasota and Tampa Bay attractions offering easy day trips. For a true 'taste' of Old Florida, venture across the bridge to explore the Village of Cortez - a working commercial fishing village settled in the 1890s.

This home requires stairs to access; no elevator is available.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
