Disappointed
Very disappointed in our stay, we are returning customers. We love Anna Maria, and we returned because we liked your location and the cleanliness of your units. We are Florida locals and decided to spend the weekend on the beach at a location that we felt confident would be perfect. Unit number two is very roomy and super clean. Surprisingly, the bed was very uncomfortable and the toilet was busted. The toilet was rigged with the plastic cup inside because it had sprung some sort of a leak that prevented it from filling up when it was flushed. On our second night there every time we flushed the toilet, we had to remove the lid from the tank, hold the wait for full and then till the fall up in place when it finished. This all occurred after hours where we cannot communicate this to the staff. My opinion with that being in there, I know the management team knew about this issue, but not to fix it. It was super inconvenient and quite annoying. Was about $800 for two nights and my opinion this is completely unacceptable for that type of price! Unfortunately, we will not be returning to your location nor will we reference you to anyone. And we have sent you several customers over the past three years. We did report this to Your staff when we checked out and there was not even an apology just that OK we make note of it and make sure it gets repaired. I’m sorry, but that is Customer Service. You need to do better charging $300 a night.
