"This cottage is beautiful, and is in such a peaceful setting…just what we needed after a month in the cities. It was actually bigger than the photos made it out to be. The views were amazing, beds comfortable, and the kitchen was great. It was easy access to Portree, and centrally located to go do all the things on Skye, especially on the Trotternish Peninsula. "We had a wonderful stay at Tides Uig. The pictures do not capture how beautiful the view is from the home. We also loved the daily visits from the local sheep. The space was perfect for multigenerational group. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We also appreciated that basic supplies that were provided. The location was perfect with just a short drive to many locations on Skye, but away from the business of Portree. We had a wonderful dinner at the Uig Inn and two locations within...

"We had a wonderful stay and love the Old Church. Beautiful views and the rooms are lovely. We had a great lobster dinner on our first night there with a freshly delivered catch! Staying on Skye was a dream! The only thing that would have made it perfect was a washer and dryer in our side of the property. Fantastic stay! Thank you! "

"Our stay here was perfectly timed in the middle of our trip, giving us the peaceful place to rest and recharge...not to mention wash clothes.
