The Perfect Creekside Getaway with Hot Tub

Welcome to our idyllic Creekside Retreat! Nestled just south of Bozeman, this vacation rental is a haven of relaxation, complete with a hot tub, gourmet kitchen, and the soothing sounds of a babbling creek. Whether you're seeking a romantic escape or a family adventure, our Creekside Retreat is the perfect destination.

Need recommendations? Our attentive team will help coordinate an unforgettable stay from fly fishing trips to helicopter tours of Yellowstone National Park.

This retreat boasts 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, an open floor plan living room and gourmet kitchen. The master bedroom and ensuite has a superbly comfortable king bed and smart TV. The "2nd bedroom" is a loft upstairs, also includes a king bed, full ensuite and smart TV. Finally the living room couch opens into another king size bed for your additional guests.

This home is perfect for unwinding after a long day. Wake up to the sound of the creek running right outside your door and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surrounding area while soaking in the hot tub while the snow falls gently upon you!

The equipped kitchen boasts new appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area, creating a setting for sharing meals with your guests.

Please note construction is occurring winter of 2024 down the same driveway, but should not affect your stay.

Don't miss the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature at nearby Yellowstone National Park or Bozeman Hot Springs, each brimming with its own unique wonders. Lace up your hiking boots to enjoy the local trails ranging from easy to difficult. The Cottonwood trails are a mere 7 minutes from the house. Enjoy world-class ski slopes just a short drive away, where you can easily access some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the region.

Whether you Immerse yourself in the charming atmosphere of downtown Bozeman, or embark on scenic hiking trails that promise breathtaking vistas, our creekside retreat is the perfect basecamp for all of these adventures.

Please take note that the garage is NOT available for guest use.

Additional Guest Agreement - Guests are required to review the house rule as well as sign The Arrival Co. Guest Agreement. If you have any questions or concerns about the Guest Agreement please feel free to reach out to us prior to making the reservation.

Video Cameras and Noise Monitoring

Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.

These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors.
We take your privacy and security seriously, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable during your stay with us. If you have any concerns or questions about our security measures, please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and have a memorable experience.

When booking directly our cancellation policy is as follows:
Fully refundable if guests cancels within 48 hours of booking AND its at least 14 full days prior to check in.
50% refund of accommodation fees and taxes (minus a 4% credit card processing fee), cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to check in time.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Extenuating Circumstances Policy:
When this Policy allows for cancellation, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Guests that are impacted by an event covered by this Policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a cash refund or credit can be given. If the Host is impacted by an event covered by this Policy they can cancel without adverse consequences, but, depending on the circumstances, their calendars may be blocked for the dates of the cancelled reservation.

What events are covered

This Policy uses the term “Event” to refer to the following situations that occur after booking, are unforeseen at the time of booking, and prevent or legally prohibit completion of the reservation.

Changes to government travel requirements. Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by a governmental agency that prevent travel to the destination. This doesn’t include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorization to travel.

Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area—for example, malaria in Thailand or dengue fever in Hawaii.

Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the Listing location. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance.

Military actions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest.

Natural disasters. Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events. This does not include weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location—for example, hurricanes occurring during hurricane season in Florida.

What is not covered: Everything else.

House Rules

We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay.

Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your
reservation. If anything in our House Rules is unclear, please contact us.

We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our house rules.

Outline below are our House Rules that we ask you to abide by:

No parties or events allowed.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property (this includes inside the house), If there is evidence of smoking on the property guests will be subject to an additional fee of $1,000.00 plus actual costs of cleaning and deodorizing the property.

No pets allowed unless previously agreed upon. Any unauthorized pets will result in an additional fee of $100/night.
Please ensure that your pet is inside the house during nighttime.
Guests will be responsible for cleaning up after their pet.
Please don’t allow your pet onto any furniture.

No unregistered guests allowed overnight at the property. A maximum of 4 visitors allowed during the day. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests will be charged an additional $50 per person, per night. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also comply with our house rules.

Please respect check-in and check-out times. There will be an additional fee of $100/hour in the event you are not out by the stated check-out time. Late check out may be permitted 24+ hours in advance.

No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Please do not try to flush any sanitary products, baby wipes, or “flushable wipes” down the toilet.

Children should be supervised at all times at our property by an adult. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times

Great Trip, beautiful house
The house was outstanding and well-appointed. We went with another couple that enjoyed their stay as well. Both women were interior designers and remarked on how everything was perfect, great layout from the kitchen to the design of the stairs. Incredible scenery, a brook running through the property, and two ponds. Both bedrooms were fantastic, especially the master, which was huge. The bathroom had two sinks and an enormous walk-in closet. Outside, there was an inviting hot tub and a giant fire pit that was put to good use. It was relaxation at its finest. I would definitely recommend it and plan on coming back next year.

We stayed for a long weekend. My husband and I, our son w/his wife and 3 yr old grandson. Montana is so beautiful and this place captures that wonderfully. The home is gorgeous! Probably the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in (we typically stay in a VRBO 2-3x/yr). The kitchen has everything you’ll want to cook any meal you choose. The master sweet is top notch. The abundant wildlife was incredible. Eagles, elk, deer, geese (grandson’s favorite) a plenty! Grandson even caught a trout in one of the ponds! Perfect family destination to relax and enjoy the peace that nature provides!

Our stay was beyond all expectations! The property is beautiful, private, and easily accessible. The house is welcoming and felt like home during our stay! The steam room in the master bath was such a wonderful treat too! There were no details missed and we are already planning our return visit and will definitely book this property again!!

Amazing House
This house is top notch. Quality throughout and the shower is Amazing! Beautiful yard with a creek. We had an amazing time playing cornhole outside and enjoying the beauty. Would definitely stay here again.

Top 3 VRBO stayed in ever
This property was nothing less than SPECTACULAR! Beautifully decorated inside with amazing views. The creek flowing out back is peaceful and calming. I finally found a VRBO with a full functioning kitchen with all the necessary utensils as well as a top notch gas stove. Perfect location- 20 minutes to downtown Bozeman and 20 minutes to Custer-Galistin National Forest with stunning hiking trails/vistas. We expected to see amazing wildlife in Montana but we’re surprised that it was right by the rental In the tall grass by the creek twenty yards behind the cabin was a Mule Deer with a few day old fawn. Across the road as you exit the property you will consistently see elk along the far tree line bordering the pasture. This place is heaven and now I’m afraid all other rentals will be disappointing!! 😁 Thank you for sharing your property with our family!!
