GENERAL LOCATION AND SETTING: Located just a few blocks away from the west end of downtown Bozeman, Downtown Garden Getaway is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood. The home is conveniently located near a variety of amenities including a brewery, distillery, bars, and restaurants that are all within a one-mile walk.
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: This home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king-size bed the other a full-size bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo located in the hallway. Downstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washer/dryer access.
KITCHEN/DINING: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, electric stove, drip coffee maker, and microwave and is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. The breakfast nook is set up for two guests but can be expanded to seat six guests.
LIVING ROOM: A comfy couch is arranged for evening conversation or watching a few movies on the television. The home has a large flat screen TV. There are plenty of books and some games available to use during your stay. There is an additional living area downstairs with TV connected to the master bedroom. There is a window air conditioning unit in the living room area and portable fans.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The patio and fenced in outdoor space at Downtown Garden Getaway allow you to take advantage of Montana's delightful summer weather. Whether you prefer the covered front porch for a quiet moment or the large backyard patio for grilling and outdoor dining, this home has plenty of options to choose from.
AIRPORT: Bozeman International Airport is 10 miles from the home.
ACTIVITIES NEARBY: There are plenty of nearby activities to enjoy, such as hiking, biking, and trail running, as well as fishing on the East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers. You can also enjoy horseback riding, rafting, and all the other exciting things that Bozeman has to offer. Bridger Bowl Ski Area and Crosscut Cross Country Ski Area are just a 17 mile drive from the home, while Big Sky is about 45 miles away. Additionally, the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park is a mere 80 miles from the home.
