Boyne Mountain Villas Condo -Sleeps 12

Summary:
Located at the base of Boyneland and in walking distance of the lifts! The condo is in Building R of the Mountain Villas. Our guests can enjoy skiing, golfing, Avalanche Bay Water Park, The Spa at Boyne Mountain, Zip Lines, and all that Boyne has to offer (not included in the price of your stay). Please visit Boyne Mountains website to explore those activities!

The Space:
Our 3 bedroom condo with a loft sleeps 12 people! This is the perfect place to STAY and PLAY! The condo offers a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and all the essentials you will need for a comfortable and convenient stay! The master bedroom has a king sized bed and full bathroom. The first bedroom has one queen sized bed. Second bedroom has two queen beds and the loft also has two queen beds. The second full bathroom is located next to the guest bedrooms. The spacious living room also has an electric fire place and a dining table that comfortably sits everyone! We look forward to you enjoying our space :)

Guest Access:
We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo. Your condo will be located on the second floor of the building (no elevator available). We look forward to hosting you :)

Other Things to Note:
Most Boyne activities have a charge, including the water park, skiing, golfing, etc. Guests age 13+ may purchase a Spa Day Pass for either 3 hours or All-Day access, which includes use of the Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa Pool and Fitness Center. The use of these are not included in your stay- however are still "amenities" of the resort grounds.

If you have any questions please refer to the QR codes that are in the condo. Simply aim your smart phone camera at the QR code and explore our menu of FAQ and procedures needed for you check in and check out! If you need further assistance: for the quickest response it is best to message us through your booking channel (ex: Airbnb, Booking, Hopper, VRBO, etc.). You may also text us directly (please include what condo you are staying at and the name on your reservation in your message). We look forward to being your host and we aim to make sure your experience with us is comfortable, convenient and memorable!

Boyne Mountain Resort stay
Very clean and comfortable stay. We had four adults, a four-year-old and a 20 month old. We all slept comfortably on the main floor. Communication with the owners was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Overnight Family Getaway
Owner was super accommodating with our situation. Home was a perfect fit for our group of 12. Roomier than we expected. Very clean and located in a great area. Would absolutely book again. Much more comfortable than hotels and a great shirt walk to the resort. Only downside is that dryer only dries to the level of damp - unless it's a long stay, I could wait to do laundry once I'm home.

My daughters and I had an amazing stay at this condo. It was a perfect way to celebrate Mother’s Day together. The SkyBridge was great on a chilly evening. We were so happy to see the large fire pit on the other side!

Please read before other Reviews
I booked this house well in advance before I had read any reviews. I read the reviews the day before we were heading up and started to get a little worried. However, when we arrived we were very happy with the accommodations. We had plenty of tissue, trash bags, silver wear, and space. The table seats 9-10 and the living room furniture was very spacious compared to other condos. We spent a lot of time cooking from lasagna to prime rib and found the kitchen accommodating for a short term rental. Surprised to even find a cheese grater. Anyways, this was perfect for 2 families. The kids loved the loft (the 4th bedroom) but I wouldn’t plan to put a third family in there unless they go to sleep early. Great location, can watch the fireworks right from the balcony! We have stayed at the Mountain Villas in various condos at least 6 times over the last 4 years.

Nice place - hard to find
We enjoyed our time at this property, but it wasn't easy to find. I was emailed "directions" which gave an address that they acknowledged "The condo address xxx may not show up correctly on GPS". This is very true. The welcome letter didn't include any more helpful information either, because it lists a number for the condo (which is on the door), but the buildings are all LETTERED. When we arrived, we couldn't find the condo we were supposed to be in. I ended up going into the resort and having someone lookup information. That led us to a listing on another website which indicated the LETTER building we were looking for. Arriving in the dark (and the rain) certainly didn't help because this area is poorly lit. Sending text messages with questions went unanswered until we had figured everything out on our own. Calling just rang and rang and rang without an answer. In the end we were emailed very good information on directions, building letter, and location of the unit in the building. It's very confusing as to why that information wasn't communicated up front. Outside of stressing out about finding the place the unit was nice. The only downside we saw was the master bedroom is very bright in the morning as there are no window coverings for the top half of the floor to ceiling windows.

Unfortunately we had an issue where we had to wash an article of clothing about an hour before we had to leave to attend a wedding in Charlevoix and after washing the item we discovered the dryer did not work and so we had to hang the item out on the deck in the sun to dry but it did NOT try in time so the person took the item with them and when they arrived at the site of the wedding he put on very damp clothing that had not tried in the waist and pocket area's. We checked the dryer and noticed the filter was in very bad shape. We realize it is a older dryer and may not have replacement parts available but the material that the filter is made of can be easily purchased and cut to size to fit the dryer. The condo is obviously older but other than the dryer issue is was very comfortable. I don't understand why the address shows up as 02525 because we could not pull it up on GPS until we removed the 0 in front of the 2525 so it caused us to make a second trip to the area because we wanted to be sure where it was and time it would take to get to wedding location. I would recommend it to anyone.

My husband was doing some training at Boyne, so we joined him as a family. The condo was very nice and well appointed. Our only issue was with finding food items under the couch and in the bedroom but we reached out to the property manager and they were very responsive and even offered to have it recleaned. I imagine that issue will not be one in the future.
