"What a lovely cottage and our hosts Ramsey and Tracey were amazing - even introduced us to their friend and got us a bottle of wine on learning it was our wedding anniversary. The welcome pack was a wonderful surprise. I can't recommend highly enough - I wish I could give more than 5 stars."

"We had a lovely and peaceful couple of nights here as a short break. The host is wonderful, and left welcome treats and supplies which were very much appreciated! The property is spacious , in a quiet cul-de-sac and very comfortable. A true home from home - outstanding. Also plenty of great things to do and see in the surrounding area on foot and by car. We will look forward to a return visit! "

"We had a great stay. The cottage had everything we needed, plus the lovely view. Findochty is a very photogenic village, so I was out and about taking photos at all hours! On our arrival we were welcomed by dolphins frolicking in the sea in front of the cottage. The evening before our departure we were treated to the sight of a pod of orcas cruising past, quite close to the shore. "

"I will happily admit that I booked this not really knowing anything about the property but we needed somewhere to stay that was inexpensive. We were visiting the area to see family. The accommodation on the website says shared bathrooms- not something we really wanted but nevertheless it turned out that we had a room with our own toilet and wash basin. "A good start for a recent refurbishment. No doubt seating for the sun room and outside furniture will be available in due course which will certainly enhance the property. Garden furniture would improve residents stay given the beautiful surroundings. Lack of storage upstairs and sufficient seating and crockery we feel is not adequate for 8 people. We felt it was a lovely property more suited to perhaps 6 people than 8. We had a lovely stay."

"Amazing house and facilities for our family of 8 adults and 5 children aged from 2 to 10 years. Everyone loved the indoor swimming pool snooker and table tennis. The children enjoyed the outdoor facilities. The nice weather was a bonus with lots of lovely walks. The facilities in the house were first class and I would highly recommend this property. Hopefully we will return for another family get together. "
