"This is a private cabin that gives you your own section of Shavers Fork of the Cheat River. Very clean and well set up upon arrival. Nice deck out back facing the stream. Hot tub was at a good temperature for us. We would come back. Good central location to explore Monongahela Park. "

"We absolutely love this cabin. It is very secluded and quiet. We have been staying here for a few years now, and the cabin is very well taken care of and always looks/operates the same as it did the year before. The cabin is cute, cozy and clean inside. However, the outdoor area is the reason we keep returning. We spend most of our time outside when we stay here.We love the hot tub and watching movies on the outdoor tv. Our dogs love it just as much as we do. We cant wait to stay next year! "

"This place is very nice. Views from the windows facing the southern valley are spectacular. Loved the area and the neighboring towns of Davis and Thomas. The property is nicely secluded on a gravel mountain road just off a paved road that is not busy. The hiking in the area was great. My only complaint is the check in process which included an extra 10 minute drive to a realty office where I received not a key but the four digit code to the door. This could have been emailed in my opinion....

"We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was comfortable for our group of four and two small dogs. We walked to the general store and ordered pizza to take back to the cabin and the cabin was well stocked with what was needed to cook breakfast each day. We did not see a coffee pot but there is a keurig, so bring your coffee pods. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Absolutely perfect!! The identical king bedrooms w/your own bathroom were so awesome. Beautiful and super comfy! The shower was amazing, and the sauna and hot tub topped off the stay! I took my mom and my Granny and all the little extras were such a hit. I can’t wait to bring my husband for another long weekend. "

"We stayed for the weekend in cabin 1, it's a beautiful cozy cabin where it is possible to cook and to relax thanks to the sauna inside the cabin. It's important to know that there is nothing in the neighborhood, so it is a place to relax (like we wanted) or to sleep while travelling somewhere else. The fireplace listed is a gas one (not working at the moment), the TV didn't have any signal (I don't think anybody cares anymore, in 2024). I didn't like too much the mattress, too soft, but it is...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved seeing the deer. The home is beautiful, large and comfortable and has about every appliance you could need. There is even a pack and play , which was helpful for us. Gary is so kind and helpful, he made sure we had everything we needed. We will be returning for sure!"

"This property is full of character. Everything we needed was available for cooking, showering, bonfire....We had room to spread out and have some privacy. The location was great for Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob, Dolly Sods, Blackwater Falls and two caverns. We had a blast!"
