“Villa Nina” is located above the beautiful beach of Armenopetra (direct access, 160 stairs) in the beautiful island of Skopelos. It is a very charming villa designed and built by a famous French architect Marc Held who now lives in the island. It has been listed in magazines and published books! Guests enjoy breathtaking sea and sunset views, only 160 stairs away from Armenopetra beach, which can be accessed also by foot or by car.
Villa Nina consists of a traditional Main House and a Guest House, built in 1999-2000.
The Main House includes a large living room and a kitchen/dining area in the ground floor and two spacious master bedrooms in the 1st floor. There is a also a basement floor incl. a garage parking and storage areas.
The Guest House consists of 3 independent guest rooms:
- a double room with a private frontyard and sea view,
- a double room (garden view), which includes also an attic with a small double bed (could sleep a family of 4),
- a small single room with a private bathroom, could sleep inhouse personnel, cleaning ladies or baby sitters, etc).
The villa is ideal for 8-10 people but could also sleep up to 12 people, ideal for families with kids. It has large verandas with dining tables, very pleasant during the summer with sea views.
It includes also a barbecue, table tennis and a basketball hoop.
In addition, the house has a fully-equipped kitchen and a laundry room.
The living room consists of a fire place, two coffee tables, a large TV/Stereo/bookcase , a satellite TV/DVD player, CDs and books are also available (in english french and greek).
Two mobile rooters have been also installed providing free wifi/internet to guests (note that their total capacity is 200 GB/month).
Heating is available in all rooms, air conditioning as well.
The house is 2-3 minutes by stairs to the closest beach, 5-6 minutes by car to the closest village/marina (Elios), 10-15 minutes to Glossa town/port and 30 minutes from main Skopelos port. The closest airport is the one in Skiathos, that is 30 minutes by taxi boat from Glossa.
