"Immaculate space. Just needed a place to sleep so this was more than enough. Tricky to find the alley on Google Maps (use Apple) and private parking spot best for a compact car. Greg was helpful via app and the place was very clean. Shower is very low (I had seen this in a past comment but didn't expect that, so be aware) and bring eye mask as there are only thin curtains."

"Mitchell and Jodi were wonderful hosts. The property is well-maintained and conveniently located near Boulder. My family had a great time during our stay. We can't wait to visit again!"

"Very clean and cozy! The bed in the bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud! No corners cut in the cute property! We didn’t get to use the hottub because it rained almost the whole time. We will be back if we are back in the area!"

"Everything was amazing! The communication was so quick and helpful! Our guests for our wedding felt so comfortable and it was a great space to go back to. It was awesome to have a little kitchen and space so they didn’t have to eat out all the time. We can’t recommend this place enough. The space is so cute!"

We had a clogged drain that they had fixed quickly and completely. The owners were delightful and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and had breakfast items available.
