About 45 minutes to the Thorton gap entrance of Shenandoah and the cabin is about 30 minutes down the river itself. We drove around Shenandoah’s Sky Line Dr and came back to amazing weather and spent a few hours in the hot tub. "My friend and I had a great stay in the cabin. It was enough room for the 2 of us. Checking in and out was easy. The hot tub was really nice and clean! Cell service is a little spotty but to be expected in such a great/remote location. Would definitely recommend!"

"This is a comfortable cabin that has everything you need. It is set back off the road and is very peaceful and quiet. The porch is so inviting for morning coffee or a late afternoon beverage. If you are exploring Shenandoah National Park, this cabin is SO close. There is a shortcut to Hwy 211 via a gravel access road (Jewell Hollow Access Road) that saves a lot of time in getting to the park. You will find it on Google Maps. "The place is off the beaten path but well worth it. Serenity surrounds you. We went to SNP to hike Old Rag Mountain and were so thankful for the hot tub at the end of the day. It was perfect. The house is clean, we ate all our meals at the there and it is equipped with all the basic pots and dishes you will need. Fireplace was awesome too. Highly recommend. "

"I gave 4 stars on cleanliness due to hallway floors being very dirty. No white socks remained. Communications were horrible due to phone being very static filled. Master bedroom lamp was broken. "House was clean and comfortable. , basic amenities. Nice distance away from city for quietness. Was disappointed with fire pit by river, was looking for to using but all the cars were complete rot. Would have broken if you tried to sit on so we didn’t even go down there. "

Jantamos no restaurante do hotel, e achamos caro pelo q foi oferecido. Entao pela experiencia foi positivo, porem nao voltaremos novamente para hospedagem. É limpinho e a senhora q atende no balcao é uma fofa. A cama era de mola e fazia barulho alto quando nos mexiamos. Enfim se tivessemos nos hospedado em Luray teria...
