This Beautiful Deluxe 3 bedroom 2 bath family home is not only in a KEY location but in a PRIME area of Boston! Not to mention it's near to multiple shopping centers, restaurants, coffee shops, and much more! This home has two levels. First level is the living room with 55" flat screen TV perfect for movie nights! Fully stocked eat-in kitchen. Full bathroom with stand up shower and dining area with china cabinet and seating to accommodate 4 people. 2nd floor has three bedrooms and full bath with jacuzzi and shower. 1st bedroom has king bed with walk in closet and 43" flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV and 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Free access to washer and dryer.
This cozy home is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood perfect for jogging or walking. Also close by is the Arnold Arboretum where you can enjoy a bit of nature, light hikes, and bike riding. Just a few minutes away from Roslindale village with community Farmer's Markets (seasonal) for fresh fruits and vegetables & more shops & restaurants! If you like golfing the closest golf course is : The Country Club in Chestnut Hill one of Boston's top golf courses which is about 10 mins away and Brookline Golf is about 2 mins away. If you like to kayak or go canoeing the closest spot is the Charles River Canoe & Kayak in Nahanton Park where they also provide rental service.
The closest hospitals are the Brigham & Women's Faulkner hospital and 10 mins from the Longwood Medical area which has a few other hospitals such as: Dana Farber Hospital, Brigham & Women's Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, and Children's Hospital for medical care. Perfect for traveling nurses who desire a short commute to work!
Closest T-station is West Roxbury Train station about 4mins away, and the airport is a 10-15 min drive away from this propety.

Cozy, relaxing stay
We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is adorable and located in a beautiful suburban neighbourhoid. It was an excellent home base from which to explore Boston. The host is extremely accommodating and is easily contacted.We would 100% recommend this place as long as you have your own car to get around the city.

Great Stay
I have a son who attends Babson College. He turned 21 on 11/19 and he was not coming home for Thanksgiving. So we took the double celebration to him. We did not want to stay in a hotel and be on top of each other for 5 days and four nights, so we thought we would stay at a VRBO Residence. The stay was fantastic, everything we needed was in place, everyone had their own space. I am now a believer. The space was exactly what we needed and wanted. Excellent Stay!

The house was nice, in good condition, and in a nice neighborhood. The listing does advertise three bedrooms which is accurate however, in order to access the king bedroom you must walk through another bedroom. There aren’t three private rooms.

Stay was great. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Location was good for us because we went several different directions. Neighborhood was quiet, restaurants and grocery stores were close. Off street parking was nice. Contacted the host with a question and received a timely response.

Friends Northeast Trip
Three friends met up for a long weekend of fun in Boston. The property is located near BC, not too far from downtown Boston and Logan Airport. The host Susan quickly addressed any needs we had. Fun trip and solid rental. I stay there again the next time I’m in the area.

Great location to Boston and environs!
Easy to drive virtually anywhere in Greater Boston area - and short drive to downtown. Convenient to shopping. House is well supplied with furniture for dining and relaxing, as well as kitchen needs and equipment, linens, and lots of TVs. Susan was an excellent host - very pleasant and responsive to our questions and any needs. Our only inconveniences were that second full bathroom was on first floor away from 3 upstairs bedrooms. Also to get to “main” (the one with king bed) bedroom requires walking through one of the other bedrooms.

Great spot for family vacation
Adorable house in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed the house, the location was excellent and allowed us to visit all of the New England states during our vacation. Downtown West Roxbury was about a 1/2 mile away and was a cute town with great restaurant options and a nearby grocery store and Starbucks. We enjoyed the neighborhood- nice and quiet, out of the bustle of downtown Boston, and a great area for evening walks. We had a family of 4 including two older teenagers and really enjoyed this location.

The house is in a quintessential New England neighborhood with beautiful manicured lawns and leafy streets. If you haven’t visited New England you’ll immediately be impressed with the architecture. The house is very spacious for guest to have privacy and meet up for activities. It’s clean nice and has everything you need. The best part is you can go to concert or game at Fenway or Gillette or both in the same weekend. We had fun no wonder this place gets great ratings.

Boston Visit
We had a fantastic weekend visiting HMS Medical Students. The Grandma, mom and Aunties tour. Started late late Thursday evening when we all arrived at our West Roxbury home, sitting around the wonderful kitchen table and sharing travel stories with wine. Home was perfect location 20 minutes from everything. Quiet setting. Great sleeping. Comfy beds, soft linens. Communication with Susan always quick and helpful. Highly recommend.

Marathon Weekend
We booked the house to keep the family together while in town for the marathon. The location was far enough out to allow us to relax before and after the race and close enough to the bus routes and T lines for groups to venture out without the car. the house had everything we needed, Susan was quick with her communications when we had questions. definitely would recommend.

Very Nice!
We enjoyed our stay very much.The home is beautiful. We Ubered to Boston several times from the house so we didn’t have the hassle of driving. We had one problem with a door and Susan came right over to fix it and was incredibly gracious and helpful. The only thing that guests need to be aware of is that the three bedrooms are upstairs and only one bathroom is upstairs. The other bathroom is downstairs. The description says that, but just make sure you are aware; also, guests must walk through one bedroom to get to the master bedroom.
