Safe Studio near Hospitals in Boston

Modern studio on Tremont Street in the heart of Boston, steps from Boston Common, the Theater District, and Downtown. You'll have access to top restaurants, iconic spots like Chinatown, theaters, parks, tours, museums, bars, and more. Perfect for business stays—per Boston regulations, a simple contract with your company is required (no extra fees). Check-in is 3–9 PM, with key pickup at a nearby KeyCafe. For late check-in, please notify us in advance to coordinate access.

Apartment is solely yours.

IMPORTANT: Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements:

1) Filling out an Intake Form or Pre-arrival Form which includes providing a Selfie with ID.

2) Signing a Rental Agreement.

All access point are with key locks.
Key Cafe Instruction will be provided at least a day before check-in date or upon completion of reservation requirements. The Key pickup location is 5-10 minutes walk from the Property.

Specific apartment details are in a House Manual provided prior to check-in.

We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on.

Also, the plumbing in this building slow so the flush needs to be pressed multiple times for a full flush.

Bathroom:
The bathroom space is on the tighter side, so please be mindful of the limited space when moving around.

Toilet:
The toilet may require holding the flush down for a little longer than usual to ensure proper flushing.

Water Heating:
The water may take a bit longer to warm up than expected, so please allow some extra time for hot water to reach the desired temperature.

Great place. Close to everything. Safe. I slept great there. Nice hot water. You really feel like you are in the middle of Boston. The efficiency feels like your first apartment in the big city!

To start to check in you have to take an uber two and a half miles to get the key to get into the apartment $40 just to get the key to get into the apartment you loose 1 1/2 hours before you get into the apartment to find stained furniture wifi did not work tv did not work, a/c in window allowing cold air to come in window

Just the basics
Conveniently located very close to Boston commons and downtown attractions. If you are looking for no nonsense, basic bed, it’s fine. Really no frills. Folks should know that the key pick up is about a 20 minute ride to another location- no elevator to rooms- so be prepared to walk. Also right above a bar, pizza place- and across the street from theater. So noisy! Bring earplugs for sure! It’s fine to crash- just don’t expect that it’s fancy!!

Not bad.. not great
This property is fine if all you need is a hot shower and a bed. It is absolutely nothing fancy and the cleanliness isn’t the best but it got the job done for what we needed. It was expensive for what it is but after spending a few days in the area I assume Boston is just a pricey town. Location is fantastic and the property responds quickly with any questions which is always nice.. especially when the property is run by a management company rather than a regular person. The key being in a different location than the actual property is kind of annoying though.

I didnt like that it was over a bar! I was using lyft and had to pay extra to pick up and drop off keys in sketchy 7-11. I dont believe there was an elevator, so i dealt with dragging stuff up to 3rd fl. Smoke alarm kept always beeping! Roaches in bathtub. It was close to stuff and cute but hard to get passed the other things.

It covered the basics, close to Boston Common and other sights
This property gives you the basics: shelter, hot shower, very comfortable bed, close walking distance to everything. Be aware there is a theater across the street and the marquee lights never shut off. This could be alleviate with full wall blackout curtains or bring your sleep mask. There is a bar below which did not bother me, but this is a street facing VRBO so noise is to be expected. Overall, gives you the basics, good location. The cleanliness and condition of the property could be improved.

We had our backpacks plus three large suitcases. As soon as we arrived at the airport, the key location changed, so we added a stop for our Lyft ride. This was very confusing. When we finally arrived, we opened the door to the building and looked up to an extremely steep staircase. There was no elevator. We drug 120 lbs of luggage up two flights, finding the door to the room wide open. The bathroom sink was clogged, half full of water. The place, especially the bathroom, was an absolute dump. The response from “Noe” was “sorry, I forgot to mention there was no elevator” and “maintenance has been notified about the sink”. By day three, the sink was still clogged. I either pulled or tore something in my shoulder dragging the luggage up the stairs. Anyway, “Noe” simply stopped responding to our texts. The lights from the theater across the street are shining into the room 24 hrs and the noise from the traffic gets pretty crazy. Everything about this sad little place was just cheap or falling apart, but it’s unbelievable that they withheld the fact there was no elevator … this just can’t be legal. Heading to the doctor today.
