Historic district - 5min to beach - 10min to Salem - Walk to Shops / Restaraunts

My home built in 1735 has been renovated with constant upgrades and re-decorating with a mid-century modern flare. There is a living room on the main floor with a fireplace, kitchen, dining room and full bathroom, the door off the kitchen takes you down stairs to a fenced in yard landscaped with a patio (includes 2 heat lamps), L shaped couch lots of seating and flowers.

Upstairs take you to 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Both bedrooms lead out to a nice deck with a view of Abbot Hall and the back yard, seating for 4. There is a full desk with a printer and a monitor if needed in one of the bedrooms. There is also a full bathroom and a second living room with a TV and a second full bathroom, plus a washer and dryer in the closet.

I love my home because of it's location, truly in the center of old town walkable to everything. I also love the big yard and deck - multiple outdoor areas to enjoy and the layout of the home inside allows for plenty of space and privacy. The home is exactly 1 mile to the beautiful Deveroux beach.
