You'll love this brand new, beautifully renovated 3+ bedroom ground floor condo with 3 full baths less than 4 miles from the center of Boston! It is convenient to public transportation and the highway for easy transit into the city or a quick walk to all that Somerville has to offer. We are a mile from Tufts campus and 2.5 miles to Harvard. We offer limited off street parking!

This completely renovated first floor 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is perfect for up to 10 guests.

Main floor:

When you enter, you'll find a spacious living room. The main floor open concept kitchen connects to the living room and dining area with seats at a round table for 6 and 2 additional barstools at the large island. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, cookware, drip coffee maker, microwave, kettle, and state of the art appliances including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas range stove/oven. The living room has a large smart flat screen TV mounted above a dreamy gas fireplace, a pull out sofa, matching loveseat, and a cozy reading nook with an oversized chair and ottoman.

On the main floor you'll also find two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bathroom is off of the living room with a modern stand up shower, the second is an en suite with a bathtub. Each bedroom has a closet and empty dressers for your use.

Downstairs, you'll find a den/sitting area with additional sleeping space shown in the pictures as the 4th bedroom. This area has a daybed with two twin beds. Connected to this den is an additional bedroom with a full size bed and en suite full bathroom. This full bath has a stand up modern shower and comes equipped with fluffy towels.

Your stay also includes fast WiFi, YouTubeTV (live TV), an in unit washer/dryer with complimentary laundry detergent, 2-3 designated driveway parking spots, and a booklet of Boston suggestions.

We have a smaller two bedroom unit upstairs available for larger groups if you are interested in a different space or you can rent both!

You'll have access to all parts of this condo! There are two other units in this multi family home, one where I live and one other that is also rented. Your condo has a private entrance with no shared space.

We're happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing! Just let us know if you have any questions or need anything during your stay!

Somerville is a vibrant city in itself and we are less than a mile from Medford, both have their own bars, restaurants, and historic sites that guests love! Of course, then the beautiful city of Boston is minutes away by car or public transportation. Our street is residential and quiet, but near a main street with convenient access to the highway.

We are a 15-20 minute walk to the closest T stop. The 95 bus picks up just at the end of our street and will drop you off with easy access to the T. This bus comes every 30 minutes and is a 6 minute ride to the T station. We have limited street parking and 1 designated driveway spot for this unit. An uber/lyft into the city is anywhere from 10-20 minutes depending on the part of the city you want to get to (and the infamous Boston traffic of course)

An Uber or Lyft to the city is super cheap and quick (about 10-15 minutes depending on Boston traffic of course)! I provide a free code for both if you've never used it before

Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us!

Process: Airbnb takes the entire rental fee you were quoted upon you booking the property, they now also offer an option for a 50% payment. Hosts don't actually have any control in that process - airbnb handles the full payment side. Security Deposit is not taken at all unless there's an issue during your stay.

Early check in/late check out: We will always do our best to accommodate these requests, but I cannot guarantee it if we have other guests before or after. We can usually at least let you drop your bags off or leave your bags!
You are staying in Unit 1 - the unit closest to the street. There is a second entrance up the backstairs, but we ask that you only use the one closest to the street to reduce confusion. There is a red/pink wreath on the door so you know this is your unit (our other units have yellow and green wreaths to designate them.)

When you check out if you could just turn the air/heat off (unless it's really cold then it's fine to leave them on 65 or really hot please leave on 75), load and run the dishwasher (tabs are under the kitchen sink), and put all trash and recycling in the driveway bins - we'll handle the rest! Please shoot me a note when you are all checked out.
