"Wir waren außerhalb der Ferien in dieser Unterkunft. Schön eingerichtet, Sauber und gut gelegen wir haben jeden Tag auf dem grünen Markt gleich um die Ecke frisches Obst und Gemüse bekommen. Ronald war zu jederzeit zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Für 4 Erwachsene perfekt."

"Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 7 jungen Erwachsenen und haben 1 Woche Urlaub gemacht. Trotz dessen dass wir leider schlechtes Wetter hatten, hat die Unterkunft viel geboten, einen beheizbaren Pool, das musste nur einmal kommuniziert werden und nach paar Stunden kam jemand und hat den Pool angemacht, die Heizung hat 1/2 Tage gedauert, dafür war dieser danach sehr angenehm warm. Ein Tennisplatz mit Flutlicht, also ich meine was will man mehr, man kann auch Fußballtennis oder Basketball spielen, also...

"Es war sehr schön. Genug Platz für eine 5 köpfige Familie. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wenn es Probleme gab, wurde einem sofort geholfen. Alles sehr diskret, es ging einem keiner auf die Nerven. Von den Vermietern gab es Gastgeschenke, was sehr nett war. Wir durften Tomaten mit ernten. Den Kindern hat der Pool am Besten gefallen und sie waren jeden Tag bei den Hühnern und den Eseln."

"Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "

"The property is located in a small neighborhood below Beram just outside Pazin. Its central location provides easy access to hill towns and seaside areas of Istria as well as day trips to explore Slovenia and Trieste. The property manager lives in the neighborhood and always immediately responded to our questions or assistance requests. We arrived mid-September just as the weather became unseasonably cold. As a result, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very chilly as they are not heated. The...

"Das auffinden der Wohnung gestaltete sich etwas schierig da in unserem Navi dies nicht drinnen war. Aber dafür entschädigte die Wohnung " Hammer starke Wohnung , super Betreuung , super starke Aussicht, 1A Ruhe .Sehr hilfbereite Bevölkerung rings um, Einfach nur Super . Liegt halt voll in der Pampa , zum Meer ca 45 Min. zum fahren ,wenn der Pool jetzt noch ein wenig Solargeheizt wäre müsste ich 10 Sternchen vergeben wenn dies möglich wäre."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, den herrlichen Blick, die Ruhe und die kleine, versteckte Badebucht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, vor allem der Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und unsere Wünsche (Teekanne, Salatbesteck, Toaster) wurden sofort erfüllt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Abfluss in der Dusche funktioniert nicht gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. "

"Für unseren Urlaub das perfekte Haus. Sauber, prima Pool. Alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten diverse Städte und Strände gut erreichen. Das Haus liegt etwas ländlich gelegen, aber in 10 Minuten ist man im nächsten Ort, wo man gut Einkaufen kann. Das Haus hat eine Klimaanlage, was bei Hitze sicher nützlich ist. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären für uns noch perfekt gewesen, da doch ein Paar Stechmücken...

"Jolie maison en pierres avec bel extérieur, piscine agréable et jeux pour les enfants (ping pong, foot, basket, filet de volley pour la piscine) Maison rustique et peu de vaisselle (un peu odorante avec un vaisselier) Pas ou très peu de communication avec le propriétaire qui passe tous les jours (sans prévenir), dommage pour le tarif"

"Wir haben 14 schöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einzig das WLAN war sehr schlecht. "

"Ruhige Lage, alles einfach und reibungslos mit der sympathischen Eigentümer funktioniert sogar gab es ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Wie auch beschrieben kommt man gut ans Meer und auch an Supermärkte. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was sein herzbegehrt."
