"We really loved the peaceful setting of the cabin. It felt so spacious for our group of two! The views were wonderful especially the glacier in the distance. It is definitely quite a ride into town so we were glad to have brought food to cook there. It was a great spot to access the Snaefellsnes peninsula which we did in one day. "Very clean and modern, amazing/comfortable beds, almost all the beds were queens and plenty of space for all. The hot tub was amazing and perfect temperature. Our host who lives right next door, was very nice and gracious, gave us a tour of her stable and even gave us some of her milk and cereal for the kids. "We had a total of 12 people in our group and this property setup was perfect. People ages 8 months to 65 years. Location was great for exploring Snaefellness but not too far away from Reykjavik to discourage golden circle activities. Road is pretty easy to find, don’t need 4x4 but take it slow. Need cell phone access for getting to the property. We got to see northern lights while there so that was nice. Absolutely recommend staying here"

"We had a wonderful stay here. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the hot tub. Our only complaint was the directions were not clear and we ended up at the neighbour's house. We found the rental afterwards, but had no code for the property in advance. The directions said to go to the main house for the code. We had no idea where the main house was, we couldn't see any other homes. One of us ran to 3 people on horseback riding by, who conveniently had the code. We would just suggest sending the code...
