"We had a fabulous time with 12 people celebrating our daughter's birthday. The house was plenty big, completely beautiful and close enough to Round Top for a Saturday night in town. The weather even cooperated!We love this property, the unique layout with fun activities including pool, Bocci ball, swimming, pinball and several decks of cards. We added Karaoke and nobody wanted to leave!Great communication from hosts and very accommodating to our many requests. Early and late checkout for fee....

"Amazing place to stay that really brings you back to the days when things were a little slower paced. Lots of old car and gas station memorabilia that is decorated very nicely. The highway 90 out front was very quite and not real busy. Train is close by but did not bother or effect us in the least. Front outdoor area nice to relax with coffee and start the day and the backyard area with firepit is a great place to end that day. Everything was clean and tidy with plenty of necessary supplies....

"The house was easy to locate, and the check-in process was a breeze. There’s plenty of parking available on their driveway and we were able to charge our EV, thanks to two outlets on the side of the patio.We got really lucky with the weather and made the most of it by enjoying the pool and hot tub. The firepit was a highlight — we made s’mores, which was a lot of fun. We also fired up the BBQ and cooked Korean beef, wings, and steak in the smoke pit, though we brought our own charcoal! The house...

"The property is located on a beautiful winding road with rolling hills. It’s quiet and lots of nature to soak in. I especially loved the property free range chicken that greeted me. She was sweet and fun to watch. Highly recommend and I will be back."

"This cozy house was super cute inside and out. It was a perfect spot for our girl weekend. Thank you for making a space that is warming, inviting, and relaxing."

"Loved the location, so close to everything we wanted to do and see. House was decorated so well and close to period. Photos of the original family were a nice surprise. So much thought and planning went into making our stay extra special. Trains were a little noisy but otherwise everything was great! Would recommend to others."

"I stayed at this hotel for a night during a road trip and found it a nice, clean place to rest. The front desk staff was friendly, and I had no issues with that part of the experience. However, I was a bit bothered by the extra fees during check-in, which seemed excessive compared to most other hotels I've stayed at. This is likely a financial decision made behind the scenes and not the fault of the staff. Overall, it's a decent, no-frills hotel that's perfect for a quick stopover."
