"House was extremely well equipped, hot tub was in excellent working order. Great views from the patio and very close to coastal hiking trails. Saw lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys, gray fox) and marine life (whales and sea lions), and really enjoyed the deer and turkeys in our front yard every morning. The only negative was window screens that were non-existent or in need of repair, overall it was a great experience and would recommend."

"We were visited daily by deer: a buck, doe and several young ones. The ocean glimmers, the stars come out at night, and you can snuggle in front of the lovely fireplace. The location gives you easy access to Gualala and the Sea Ranch Lodge. Be sure to read the Independent Coast Observer newspaper and listen to KGUA radio 88.3 FM to find out about all the local events. Pipers Reach is clean and comfortable. You'll really enjoy your stay."

"I loved the house. The only comment I would make and it is not a negative, just to let people be aware. The only bathroom is up about 5 stairs next to the kitchen and if you using the bathroom during the night, be aware that you need to navigate walking into the next room and walking up some stairs. But, the place if great and is very welcoming!"

"This is a beautiful home with a fantastic view! The home is very well appointed, very clean and very relaxing to stay in. The home is right on a cliff but has a great fence - we felt our busy 4-year-old granddaughter was safe then entire time (there is also a gate to close off access to the highway). This is an amazing place and we can't wait to return."

"This was a lovely house just a short walk from the bluffs, and with views of the ocean from the living room and the small upper deck (which would be great for whales, in season). The house was cozy and we stayed in and cooked almost every night. The kitchen is amazing -- a beautiful Viking gas stove and huge hood that allowed for high heat cooking and feasts. We would definitely stay there again!"

"We were able to enjoy the beach/ocean views from the house windows and from 2 patios. The large garden entrance with hot tub was relaxing. The property was enclosed by a fence and felt very secure and safe. Mostly we loved sitting on the deck, watching the ocean and wild life and walking along the coast and observing the changing ocean views."

"The place is very nice, has multiple nice living areas and places to hang out. Downstairs has two queen bedrooms one with an en suite bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has a pair of twin beds and just outside the upstairs bedroom a loft area with a large couch. The upstairs area is better suited to kids. The beds upstairs are uncomfortable and we ended up sleeping on the couch. They are older mattresses on a flat wood platform. I would recommend changing out the mattresses and adding a box...

"We had a wonderful time at Harmony House. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The view was amazing. We saw a family of deer several days. It’s close to town and very close to a killer Mexican restaurant, the Black door. "

Thankfully we found them laying in the closets and were able to put a few on. We pulled out the couch bed, and it was completely dirty and stained with what appeared to be blood. The girl ended up having to fold the couch bed back up and just sleep on the couch without any sheets. We found extra blankets in the closet for her, but they were all soiled. She...

"I love the Great Customer Service, Becky is awesome! Always so friendly, very helpful , my Bestie and I really think she is so nice ! The rooms are just like you would find at an Inn, very comfortable beds , fireplace is perfect and this time we had the ocean view room and we were able to see the most beautiful sunset the first night we arrived. Last time we had a view of the river and just as nice ❤️❤️❤️"
